A quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of Boracay crowd. Just perfect for us...

The receptionist was nice & accommodating. My room was tidy. Cleaning of the hallway was done constantly. The AC was functioning very well. The hot shower was working as well. All the linens were clean. The WiFi was great. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at Grand Boracay Resort, and its biggest advantage is easily the location. It is probably one of the best locations on the entire island. Being right in D'Mall means you can walk almost everywhere and rarely need to pay for public transportation or e-trikes. The Deluxe Rooms are just okay, 6/10 in my opinion. They are spacious enough for 2 to 4 people, which is great for families or small groups. However, the mini fridge was empty, and if you want drinks or snacks, you need to purchase them at the reception near the entrance. The 2 beds for two people was just about adequate but definitely on the smaller side. It was manageable for a short stay (5-7 days), but couples who prefer more sleeping space may find it a bit cramped. The curtains provide good privacy, so nobody can see inside the room, but they do not block much sunlight. Also, since many rooms face walkways, you will hear people passing by outside, and the noise can be a bit distracting throughout the day. Cleanliness was acceptable, around 6.5 to 7 out of 10. The property feels quite old-fashioned and could use some modernization, but that is also reflected in the reasonable room rates considering the prime location. Overall, if you are looking for an affordable place in the heart of Boracay and mainly need a room to sleep, shower, and change before heading back out, Grand Boracay Resort is a solid choice. If you are expecting a modern, comfortable, resort-style experience with luxurious amenities and Instagram-worthy rooms, this is probably not the right hotel for you.

It is a really old hotel and so are the facilities. Loud aircon, rust in the bathroom. And the last night the rain came in the room, in the morning there was water on the floor.

Napaka Ganda ng place. Swak sa location. We'll book again

The breakfast is delicious and it is close to the sea and shopping. Even though the hotel is old, the staff is friendly.
