This Marriott is located near the river, with nie walking paths nearby. It is easy to drive to, on the outskirts of the city of Bonn, and very near a metro station. The parking garage is large and easy to navigate. There are no nearby resturants (other than the overpriced one in the hotel)....a Vapianos and one other place, named ”Different” are the next closest at about a 15-20 minute walk away and no grocery stores close enough to easily walk to. This is our second stay here and in both cases Lieferando orders took FOREVR to get to us and involved lost drivers. We saw two other guest parties having similar delivery issues this stay. The front desk staff are very friendly and professional. Check in and out went smoothly. The executive lounge is spacious and recently renovated. Food and drink offerings and service were less than most Marriotts in Germany. There are only peanuts and gummy candies during the day. Plus water (if someone has refilled it, it was empty almost as often as full), coffee and a soda fountain with Pepsi products. Evening cocktail hour adds juices, wines and beer, NO ice brought in for the sodas (we did flag someone down the first night and ask for it, it was brought about half an hour later, but the staff seem so busy we didn't feel comforatble asking again). Lounge staff never greet guests or offer any service, only come to refill food or drinks in the self serve area or bus tables from time to time. Snacks are defintely that, snacks, most Marriott lounges you can make a light meal out of the offerings, not this one (ironic given how little other meal options are nearby). The main offering was soup nightly (plus a VERY small salad and cheses selection and one meat based starter each night). The soup alternated between cauliflower or potato nightly. The gym is large and a highlight of the property. Lots of equipment and all in good shape. Housekeeping is below expectations. Our room was missed one day, dirty glasses (all placed togehter on one dresser) were never removed (there were 14 at the end of the week), lotion not refilled, etc. However the major cleaning was done, and towels were actually left to be reused when we hung them up, which was nice. There was an ice bucket in the room but the only way to get ice was to call for room service. They really need to add an ice machine to the shop area like so many other marriotts in Germany are doing. The bed was confotable and the room fairly well layed out overall. One final gripe: the TVs are enclosed in a wood frame to keep people from plugging a device into them to stream. OK, I am sure too many people damage TVs doing that, BUT this hotel also fails to offer streaming, or log in options diretcly on the TV, etc. Most any good hotel these days finds a way to let you stream your content on the in room TV and lacking that, plus the only channels available being basic German ones, really felt like somthing was missing. Overall it is more good

Modernes und sauberes Hotel. Schöne Zimmer die ruhig gelegen sind. Definitiv die bessere Wahl zu den andern großen Hotels, wenn man auf einen Barbetrieb und Chi Chi verzichten kann. Tolle Alternative!

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel. Whilst the room was clean it was disappointing that there was no tea/coffee making facilities. It was also annoying to be told our room wouldn't be cleaned/or towels changed unless you specifically request that. I do understand that we all need to do our bit for the environment but found this unacceptable for a so called 4* hotel. I was also not impressed that when staff had entered room to leave fresh towels that was literally all they did, they didnt even take away used wine/beer glasses. The outside area which looks beautiful in photos was not able to be used as all cushions were removed. There had been some rain on our visit but not the whole time we were there! Overall I didn't feel the hotel was good value for money.

Not the easiest place to find, but nicely situated in a quiet location outside of the main city area, with plenty of parking space. Friendly welcome at reception and easy check-in. Room was large and very clean. A lovely shower with plenty of water pressure. There was no bar service the night we stayed, but it was possible to get a drink with dinner. Food was good, but service rather slow.... very long delay between first and main courses and prices rather on the high side. Skipped breakfast, as it's hard to imagine what can justify a charge of 24euro a head to partake. Overall a good stay though, with friendly service and a good night's sleep.

What a pleasure! I love being pleasantly surprised. The hotel is clean and upscale right next to the Rhine. The reception desk is friendly and helpful. They were patient while I stumbled over my newly learned German. However they speak English as well. We had a double bed (with an extra bed for my daughter). It’s spacious enough for three. They have a wonderful hot shower with tons of water pressure. The maid service has been wonderful, the garage provides ample parking but be careful if you have a wide car or you will likely hit the sides as you enter or leave the garage. (Like most of the hotels in Germany- they are designed for small cars) The location is terrific, 10 min walk to the Zentrum. We feel so lucky to have made an excellent hotel decision. If we come back to Bonn, we are staying here!

ตําแหน่งน่ารักบน Ufer ริมฝั่งแม่น้ํา... มีที่จอดรถ คิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม เดินจากใจกลางเมืองไปยังร้านอาหาร ฯลฯ อาหารเช้าแสนอร่อย ห้องพักค่อนข้างแปลกในการตกแต่ง แต่สะดวกสบายและมีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน มีบาร์บนชั้นดาดฟ้าพร้อมวิวแม่น้ําที่สวยงาม

Das Hotel ist keine 4 Sterne würdig! Sehr bedauerlich. Ich werde das Hotel definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen. Leider war es mir Wochen vor Reiseantritt nicht möglich ohne 100%ige Stornokosten zu stornieren. Das kenne ich so von 4 Stern Hotels schon mal gar nicht. Kein Entgegenkommen, kein Service. Das war mir als Vielreisende doch wirklich ein Negativerlebnis der Sonderart und zeigt, wie erbittert das Hotel wohl wirklich um jeden Euro kämpft. Auch der persönliche Kontakt vorab war schon nicht einem 4 Stern Hotel würdig. Vorab Hotel Checkin: ist irrelevant, weil man am Abend eh vor Ort einchecken muss. Den Online Checkout habe ich dann gleich bleiben lassen. Empfang am Abend ohne Begrüßung in Zivilkleidung (Weißer Pulli), kein Willkommen oder schönen Abend. Erst auf Anreden und konkrete Fragen reagierte der Mann – unmöglich! Da müsste dringend nachgeschult werden! Und Hallo? Freizeitkleidung hinter dem Empfang? Geht gar nicht!!! Zimmer sauber, Kühlschrank leise. Das Zimmer war vergleichsweise klein, Bett nicht wirklich gemütlich, Klimaanlage ging nicht – Heizkörper funktionierten aber dafür mussten die Vorhänge vor dem Heizkörper weg, also kein Sichtschutz. Bad: Eingang vergleichsweise sehr eng, sehr sauber und ordentlich, Einstellungsgrad zwischen Heißwasser und Kalt gerade mal 1cm Spielraum. Personal: *Zimmerservice sehr freundlich, *Personal am Buffet auch sehr umsichtig, Rezeption am Tag der Anreise (Mann im weißen Pullover) völlig ungeeignet, *stärkere Dame in Dienstkleidung an Rezeption sehr unhöflich zu anderem Personal, spricht mit anderem Personal wie am Kasernenhof und das auch vor den Kunden. *Junge Rezeptionistin am Abreisetag sehr freundlich und professionell. Frühstück: in Kleinmengen höchstens nachgereicht, ab 9 Uhr wurde nicht mehr nachgeschlichtet, Obst wurde in den ganzen Tagen nicht nachgeschlichtet. Warme Milch fehlte vollkommen am Buffet. Positives: Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Hotel bei geschlossenen Fenstern auch sehr leise. Zug und Stadtbahnverbindung gut, wenn nicht immer die Verspätungen wären.

โรงแรมทันสมัยแห่งนี้หันหลังให้ถึงสถานีรถไฟหลักของ Bonn เดินเพียงไม่กี่นาทีจากแหล่งท่องเที่ยวใจกลางเมืองและอยู่ริมย่านที่อยู่อาศัยเก่าแก่ที่น่ารักรวมถึงสวนพฤกษศาสตร์ซึ่งน่าไปเยี่ยมชมมากๆ มีซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ต ”สีเขียว” อยู่ข้างๆ โรงแรม มีร้านเบเกอรี่ดีๆ อยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนน เลยทําเลยอดเยี่ยมโดยรวม ห้องพักค่อนข้างกว้าง เตียงนอนสบาย ทีวีขนาดใหญ่ ไม่มีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกทํากาแฟ หนึ่งได้บัตรท่องเที่ยวบอนน์สําหรับระยะเวลาของการเข้าพัก : ซึ่งเป็นการเพิ่มที่ดี ข้อเสียที่สําคัญอย่างหนึ่งคือคนไม่ได้ยินเสียงรบกวนจากรถไฟและสถานีค่อนข้างน้อย มากกว่าในบางโรงแรมที่เราเคยพักที่กลับขึ้นไปยังสถานีรถไฟ คู่หูนอนหลับสบายดี ไม่ได้ รถไฟขนส่งสินค้าผ่านไปทุก 15 นาที ขึ้นไปตลอดคืน พนักงานพูดจาไม่สุภาพ ขัดแย้งกัน เมื่อได้ถามในวันแรกเรื่องขอเปลี่ยนห้องให้ไปฝั่งถนนตึกได้ (เพิ่ม 10 ยูโร) , ไป * คลาสธุรกิจ”) ดิฉันได้บอกไม่มีรถไฟตอนกลางคืน! จะพักอีกถ้าไปเที่ยวบอน คงใช่ค่ะ ดิฉันจะลองห้องพักฝั่งถนน

โรงแรม ”Aโคร่า โบนส์ - ไลฟ์สไตล์ ซิตี้” เป็นโรงแรมระดับพรีเมี่ยม เลยทีเดียว เมื่อมีความแปลกจากโรงแรมดั้งเดิมที่คุ้นเคย บนหน้าบ้านเป็นข้อความที่อ่านหนังสือ อโคร่า - โรงแรม และที่พัก ห้องพัก - ห้องพัก สะอาด สะอาด ห้องน้ํา - ห้องน้ํา - ห้องน้ํา - ห้องน้ํา - ห้องน้ํา - ห้องน้ํา - ห้องน้ํา - ห้องน้ํา - ห้องน้ํา - ห้องน้ํา - ห้องน้ํา - ห้องน้ํา - ”โรงแรมนี้ที่เรายังไม่เคยเจอ1 โรงแรมสามชั้นนี้เทียบกับที่พักอาศัยซึ่งสภาพแวดล้อมการอยู่อาศัยทั้งหมดประกอบด้วยบ้านพักแบบครอบครัว ที่นี่ในโรงแรมอโคร่าสามารถทําวันหยุดสั้นๆหรือแม้กระทั่งอยู่นานกว่านี้ พนักงาน Montage ดูเหมือนจะอาศัยอยู่ที่นี่ให้ นานกว่า1เราเจอที่นี่มีแต่น้อง2 สําหรับเราคนมาพักผ่อนพักพร้อมอาหารเช้ามีให้สิ่งที่ได้พอสําหรับเราด้วยมีโรงรถลึกให้บริการและเสียค่าใช้จ่ายวันละ4ยูโร บริเวณเมืองที่พบโรงแรมเรียกว่า Bonn - Tannenbusch อยู่ห่างจากใจกลางเมืองบอนประมาณ 4 กิโลเมตร การเดินทางทางมอเตอร์ไซด์ก็ไม่ไกลจากโรงแรม1 นอกจากนี้ยังมีป้ายเมโทร Bonn-Tannenbusch จึงตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมืองจริงๆ เราพอใจกับการบริการตามที่เสนอที่นี่ ขาดอย่างเดียวคือไม่มีที่นั่งในคอมเพล็กซ์นี้ เราพอใจกับแขกที่เข้าพัก ห้องพัก อาหารเช้า การบริการ และราคาถือว่าดี เสียอย่างเดียวที่นั่งที่ขาดหายไปเป็นปัญหาสําหรับเรา สามชั้นพร้อมกระเป๋าที่หนักเกินไปสําหรับผม จากที่นั่นเราคงไม่กลับมา1 ใครที่ไม่สนใจเก้าอี้ที่หายไปจะหาทางเลือกราคาที่พักแพงๆ ในบอนน์ สําหรับโรงแรมในโรงแรม Arcora Hotel สิ่งที่รู้สึกดีมากคือในส่วนของบันไดทั้ง 2 ข้างทาง และทางขึ้นบันได ไม้จับคู่ที่ปรากฏที่บันไดเป็นบนผนัง น้องอาจไม่ชื่นชมว่าเราแก่ไปหน่อยอุปกรณ์นี้พบประโยชน์และเป็นประโยชน์มาก 1
