"Horrible experience, I booked a stander family room with triadvisor all payed and booked in advance. On check in at the hotel even booked a family stander room with 3 extra beds I had to pay extra for each bed. Very disappointed."

"It was very strange for me that in this hotel, which positions itself as a 4-star hotel, the fitness room is open from 9:00 in the morning. Moreover, if there is no one in the room during the day, the keys to the room are given out at the reception. In other hotels in different countries and cities, fitness rooms are open from early morning so that guests can work out before breakfast, and in some, around the clock. The food leaves much to be desired - no greens, tasteless bakery products, pastries and potatoes, as well as finely chopped sausages floating in tomato sauce - it was as if the hoteliers of Brazil had conspired this time. The quality of the Wi-Fi also left much to be desired - it constantly "flew off" in the room."

"The hotel: It's lovely, very new and with a good structure! The pool is good, but quite small for the number of rooms! It was almost always full at night. In the afternoon they leave coffee and cake in the hallway, which I thought was very nice. Room: We stayed in the 6-person room and found it cramped, with little space to leave our luggage. We missed having a rack to hang towels and clothes. Beds: The double bed is excellent, the bunk beds are good but the mattresses are more suitable for children; heavier adults find it a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast: Excellent. Location: It's 600 meters from the main street and the streets get quite dark at night, but if you don't have a car you can easily walk there."
