Excellent comfortable room with good facilities. Very good shower. Well stocked coffee, tea, milk. Location a bit hard to find. Car park entrance not available for exit. Friendly helpful staff. Didnt use the restaurant but it had a wide selection of evening meals.

We travelled from Ireland for a family funeral and stayed 3 nights. The hotel met all our needs and staff were very helpful and friendly. My only negative experience was bar staff did not know how to make an Irish Coffee.

Hotel Pool has now beeb decommissioned and no longer operational. Gym was available but not much equipment available. During my stay there was a maintenance malfunction resulting in two whole floors of the building having to endure loud drilling noise throughout the night as no onsite maintenance team to fix. Had to move rooms at 11pm and entire floor one stank of ******** - concierge advised the hotel have this problem frequently but they are unable to police guests who are smoking **** in their rooms. Not the best five days business trip overall although menu was great and staff were very friendly. Daily car parking charge of £5 per night for guests should be abolished in my opinion.

This is the most comfortable and best hotel we have stayed at in the UK. Their staff are very friendly, patient in listening to us, and always willing to offer their help. Their supervisor even personally helped us set up the sofa bed and did not neglect us at all. We were very touched, especially as a family with young children. We highly recommend this hotel! The service attitude is absolutely excellent.

Staff were really nice and funny and food was nice

Spent a night stay and I was given upgraded service complimentary of food and drink. I’m looking forward to my next trip

The receptionist asked me to pay again and then questioned, ‘Can you speak English?’ even though I showed her the confirmed booking page with a ‘paid’ icon beside it. In the room.. there was a 3” x 3” cobweb on the ceiling….

Good environment and good service

The room is very clean and well equipped. Hotel staff are very helpful and patient. The hotel has a lot of car parking lots conveniently located next to the premises. Good value for money!

Room was pretty standard, lovely bathroom and breakfast was okay.

I love the Holiday Inn chain of hotels and the great standard it sets but I really wish they had a fridge in their rooms as I’m a diabetic and it would be nice to be able to my medicine in the fridge my son stayed at a hotel who was half the price and they had a fridge.moan over, we had breakfast and it was delicious the beds were comfortable and the overall standard is very good and the staff are very professional

Clean well run hotel, would use again

nice hotel , small gym , breakfast good though paying for parking seems unnecessary and expensive considering there are parking close to hotel for less

The hotel was very clean and modern . The staff were exceptionally professional but also very approachable, friendly & informative of the local area. Would definitely visit again.
