Staff are service oriented. Service of every staff are excellent. I like their food and the view is breathtaking. I have a concern with flies flying around since it’s rainy season. The refrigerator isn’t that cold. Our leftover food got spoiled the next day.

It is a wonderful place to relax and spend time with a loved one. The food was amazing and always delivered in a timely manner. Some staff could use some retraining on professionalism. It's definitely not professional to be talking rudely about a filipina with her foreign spouse. Besides that, a definite 4 out of 5.

Good -Spectacular Ocean view, literally overlooking marina and ocean perched on a hill side, pet friendly, many nice pools to use. Rooftop bar and welcome drink. Couple Marina was spacious and had separate bedroom. Air-conditioned. Shower was not warm but was later checked and supposedly working, local drinking water provided. In room in hot cold water dispenser Eating area on balcony, full kitchen and dishware and beer / cola stocked in ref. Basement garage parking and guard. Restaurant on site with good food and drinks. Parking a bit limited on site (bug spray recommended for foreigners). Employees welcoming and very responsive and well groomed. Dine in room available lunch and on. Pizza available also. Boat rides available to contract to go see giant clams available. Use QR code and messenger to order food in room. Housekeeping very responsive. Phone in room. Market short walk or motorcycle ride up the hill. Bad -No elevator and steep stairs to go from top to bottom. Ugly -No beach.

Nice place, interesting location and just 2 minute drive to town. No beach, just a small swimming pool. Room was ok, cooking facilities were adequate and had a nice balcony where we could barbecue although the local kids kept pestering us for money whenever we ventured out onto the balcony. Bolinao is a small town with very little to do and limited grocery stores, suggest you buy your supplies before getting here. As for the beaches we tried Patar and old rock, and I was not particularly impressed by either. Ventured out to the waterfalls and ended up at No 3, my 5 year old enjoyed it so worth a visit although he was ill afterwards, not sure if it was due to the water. Would I visit Bolinao again, no, there are far better places to go in the Philippines. Would I recommend Sundowners, yes, expensive but nice.

There are still many things to improve in this place, but we already fell in love with the view. It has multiple infinity pools, a panoramic beach view, and wonderful villas. We will definitely be going back to visit again! Special mention to the people who have provided us an outstanding service: R-jay, jervien, Jeremy, and jeramhel ( butlers) and Wellin Elardo ( guard) thank you so much guys!

By far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I’m a pet lover, but the number of stray cats in our villa was out of control. They were scavenging for food, even getting into our food supplies at night in the open kitchen. Even cat litter everywhere that smells really bad! Upon check-out, I raised this issue since we were charged a ₱1,000 pet fee because my cousin brought their cat. Thankfully, Phil was helpful and refunded the fee, and smiles all throughout but the other lady on duty was visibly annoyed while I explained my concerns. Even worse, the duty manager, Sarah, walked into the reception area, completely ignored us, didn’t greet us, and left without a word. This level of customer service is unacceptable—especially from a manager. (IF YOU’RE THE OWNER OF THIS HOTEL AND READING THIS, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU REPLACE YOUR CURRENT RECEPTION STAFF—ESPECIALLY YOUR DUTY MANAGER. I WAS ONCE A HOTELIER AND AM NOW A BUSINESS OWNER, AND I WAS NEVER TRAINED TO TREAT GUESTS IN SUCH A MANNER, NOT EVEN THE RUDE ONES. THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE. PHIL, HOWEVER, IS AN EXCEPTION—HER PROFESSIONALISM AND ATTITUDE STAND OUT. IN MY OPINION, PHIL SHOULD BE THE DUTY MANAGER, NOT THE GRUMPY SARAH WHO FEELS SHE'S ABOVE EVERYONE ELSE) Our original booking was for six people in a panoramic villa. Two of my cousins decided to join since we had extra bedrooms, but we were charged ₱2,400 per extra person. I will accept the charges if there's a complimentary Bfast but there's none! They said the charge was for an extra bed, but all they gave us was a foam mattress on the floor—no folding bed or anything. Even worse, I saw a sign inside the room stating an extra single mattress costs ₱300 and a queen-size one is ₱600. So why was I charged ₱2,400?! This feels like a scam. When I requested a printed receipt, they hesitated to provide one, making me question whether employees are pocketing money from guests. If I hadn’t insisted, I doubt I would have received one. Management needs to look into this! For the price we paid, we expected at least the basics—extra tissues and toiletries, but they weren’t provided. The body wash and shampoo were disappointing (see photo for reference). The lifeguards were unprofessional. The one at the upper pool was on his phone the entire time, while another lifeguard at the lower pool near the marina was literally sleeping. Even if no one was swimming, they’re still on duty and should be professional. WiFi was practically useless. It didn’t work on the first night, and no one was available to assist. The same issue happened on the second night, which was a major problem since one of our family members needed it for work. The reception team and duty manager need serious training. They didn’t ask for my ID to verify my booking, didn’t explain the amenities, and didn’t even give us our room keys at check-in—I had to ask the luggage assistant for them. Also, be aware—this villa has NO beach access. I saw a TikTok review

Staff are accommodating especially zyke and franco at the reception.The experience is so good and the villa is nice. It is a 5 star experience especially for large family like us. For sure we will be coming back again…………………………………………………..

WORST WELCOME EXPERIENCE EVER! Your receptionist (or manager, Ms. S**a) needs a lecture in customer service and handling objections. I've been traveling for most of my life; this is the first time somebody went out of her way to reprimand and penalize us for violating the 2-adults-per-room rule! 2,400 extra for a 4y/o kid!? We always had our kid join us in our trips. But, oh boy, were you the only one who cared so much about it. We didn't need the extra beddings and towel! I only regret that we couldn't get a refund...and my pregnant wife was too tired to transfer. Your people care more about policies than customer experience. What a waste of a beautiful resort. What's even more upsetting is that we came here right on my wife's birthday, January 29. This was our first stop, having an argument with your staff ruined the whole day for me. This policy and extra room charge for 2y/o and up wasn't mentioned in Agoda. If we knew, we would not have booked at your hotel because it will be comparable to the better ones in Patar area. Your place is too far from the nice beaches, anyway! So...we all understand the policy. Too bad, every other hotel we've been to was willing to look the other way, except yours. (You have amazing room attendants though. They got us everything we needed, plus more. Even went above and beyond to get us brand new katol and mosquito bat. They should be the ones managing your hotel.) The person we had a conflict with even had the guts to say that she's willing to part ways with Agoda and discontinue thr OTA (?) if Agoda can't manage it's customers' expectations. #LikeaBoss I hope this gets to the right people who can make a change in this Jurassic policy. You hoped to gain P2,400 extra in one stay, but you lost a repeat customer, referrals and instead a negative review. And I hope we'll be the last family, with a pregnant wife celebrating a birthday, to have to go through this horrible experience!
