This Hotel was a great experience. The service was impeccable, 3 different restaurants/wine bars offer an excellent choice...the night we were there they had music in the hotel entry with a complimentary drink...great family experience...and the free breakfast had an omelet bar as well as a nice assortment of breakfast items. Great value!
This was my first stay at this hotel, and I was impressed from the start. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. In fact everyone we met was hospitable in every way. Service gets a 5…. The rooms are huge, and have a separate living area with an extra tv and sofa. Bathroom had all the essentials, and was clean and spacious. In fact, the entire hotel was very clean for that matter. The staff here does a thorough job in my opinion. The bar and restaurant is nice. We had appetizers and tasty drinks at night, and a nice breakfast the following morning. The selection was huge, and the quality seemed better than most. There’s an indoor pool n spa(pool was cold, but refreshing), as well as a gym. The gym even has some “free” weights for folks who want the weight lifting as well as the cardio. All n all this is a very nice stay, especially if you’re flying in or out of Boise. If you’re looking for a safe and comfortable place to stay, this is an excellent choice….
This is my favorite hotel. The staff is awesome and super polite. The daytime staff let me switch rooms until I was comfortable. The hotel is by far one safest in boise thanks to night time staff Chelsie who was here on my previous stay with my daughter. She is super professional bubbly and protects the hotel by being aware of the people who should not be here inside. It feels nice to feel safe and welcoming at a place with your family/children. The breakfast is always different and has huge variety of food to choose from. The food is honestly really good. This is the only hotel I will stay in and bring my family too.
The receptionist looks very nice. Fast service We have a dog. We were given a room that is spacious, clean, like at home. I love the paintings decorated on the walls. I like the glass holes in the door for looking out, it is polished in 2 levels for young children to look out. I like the layout of the bathroom, which is very concerned with the safety of the customer, we will come back for more. And recommended for people who want convenience
great hotel super friendly staff, lovely rooms super clean on arrival the welcome was brilliant it is near the airport so not in boise its self which is fine we didn't have to worry about the traffic there is no real restaurant near the hotel but there is somewhere very close that you can get food and previsions
Aaurorarose3022I was in town for medical appointments and tests that spanned over two days and I was treated with dignity and respect by all staff. The breakfast was wonderful and greatly appreciated and the night staff was absolutely fantastic. I will definitely be staying here again.
PplaidbagelOk, so check-in was quick and friendly enough. There was a sign about the pool being closed, but we were told it was being worked on and might be open later, which it was when we returned from dinner. So at least my kiddo got to swim in the pool. Altho the pool area was quite rusted. My daughter said the pool itself was pretty cold (it was also quite small) but she did go in the hot tub. You had to get a code for the pool but this wasn't shared when we checked in, so we had to go back to the front desk and wait for someone to get off the phone to provide it. Our room was large and the beds and pillows were comfortable enough. The shower head dripped the entire time we were there. We left a note in the room as no one was at the front desk when we left. We tied a towel around the spout to lessen the noise. When we looked at the towel in the morning it was brown. I decided NOT to take a shower. There was a level of dust on top of everything in the room. There was paint that was coming off the walls. There were at least 3 large stains on the floor. I didn't feel comfortable walking around the room without sandals on. If you have no food allergies or sensitives the breakfast was fine. My husband and child were satisfied. I try not to eat gluten or dairy so basically there was nothing for me. Not even dairy-free creamer. I tried the potatoes and the sausage, but the potatoes seem raw, and the sausage had a weird flavor. The parking lot was fine. We were able to see our car from our room. The entrance in and out had a light, so easy to get in/out. I would not return tho unless they seriously clean the rooms and pool area. The lobby seemed fine. The staff was friendly enough.
This 76 is not ”soup to nuts” but is a good choice for the area. They have a foundation of amenities for people like truckers... specifically they have a great laundry room, areas to park rigs, rooms that are small, but reasonably appointed. I will describe two experiences that IMO cancel out and make this place a very good alternative for this area. They were doing door renavations and it was done half assed. Smoke filled the rooms, no barrier... Just a mess. Their justification was that each room took 20 minutes. It should have been done more professionally with a barrier put up. On the other hand, this place has a great pet policy, in an area that has multiple establishments that gouge pet owners... with fees of 20 bucks per a dog, per a night! * This place has a decent price point and the staff is pleasant to deal with. On the whole I love 76 establishments as a kind of ”hail mary” where, even if you didn't book with a 3rd party, you can get a room at a decent price that is clean. *Keep in mind that @20 dollers a pet, you are paying around 50-80 bucks a room! The pet fee should not be 1/3rd the price of the room! That would be like getting a Denny's meal for 45 bucks and having a 15 dollar tip automatically added.
