Easy to walk and take a cab to Plaza Claro and Salitre. Good sleeping quality but just a little noises outside the window, I like the breakfast.

Ok for our stay, close to airport. Not so close to city center - also considering the heavy traffic. In the area, few amenities and restaurant options available. Appreciated for travelers, rather than tourists.

Very good location, close to the main shopping district, and the price is very reasonable.

Excellent experience. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a perfect location. Great for relaxing and enjoying. Highly recommend!

Some of the ladies at the front desk were very nice and very respectful, but there were some gentlemen who was quite rude, and there was a young bartender who kept harassing us for more tips even though it was on the bill. When we checked in we parked across the street the car was outside for 5 minutes the security watched the tow truck take the car and then they came in when the car was already loaded it almost seemed like they were in cahoots with each other, but I can't confirm that, but it seemed a little odd that they watched I'll call get towed cost us over a million and a half pesos to get out car back

Nice breakfast, good location and free transportation to the airport, super friendly stuff and well informed, local drivers and taxi service is the best!

第三次入住，房間很大，前台服務很好，早餐很豐富，酒店有免費機場大巴很方便，附近有葯店，有二個大超市，購物就餐非常方便，地區很安全。

整體都不錯、小型泳池健身房都有，還有個小吧枱。每天房間都會按時打掃清理，周邊的環境不錯、有餐廳還有咖啡店，早餐還行。

偷盜者之家，酒店甚至包庇偷東西的服務員。 我衹是退房時忘記帶走一衹手機，放在牀頭櫃。 第二天清潔服務員就不承認找到過手機了。 the hotel of stealing, thank you very much! ****

轉機需要休息預訂的，離機場不遠，有免費機場巴士，但是酒店密封條件太差了，窗外飛機聲音很大。同區域的其他酒店就好很多。 早餐不咋地。 瓶裝水也不知道哪天裝進去的，不敢喝。 總之不值這個價格

El hotel muy cómodo ,cercano , instalaciones limpia , recomendación se entiende que la ciudad es fría , pero hacia mucho calor en la habitación

Muy buen hotel, muy cerca del aeropuerto y bien comunicado. Ya nos hemos alojado aquí varias veces, y el personal siempre nos ayuda... En esta ocasión, pudimos hacer early check in en la mañana.... Otra veces ha sido late check out... Siempre ponen.lo.mejor para que la estancia sea maravillosa
