After a search lasting months, it was clear that my first ever trip to Kuwait would be at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Kuwait, where price and encouragement to book were concerned. Whilst the Hotel does not offer views of the Kuwait Towers, a short stroll left of the entrance, into the carpark and you may see Kuwait's Global Icon in all it's glory. The rooms are smart,clean and comfortable but be warned that the hotel offers smoking rooms. Please ensure you are aware of this. The Breakfast Buffet was very delicious and filling. The Staff are all lovely and friendly namely Mostafa,Gunneswaran,Mofeed,Jovelyn,Natalio,Wilmalyn,Rich Ann, Prateek,Arvic. Located in the financial district of Sharq, the views from the room include the massive Skyscrapers Al Hamra and NBK's Headquarters. The hotel has superfast WiFi, pleasant free toiletries and a team dedicated to making your stay great. I was fortunate to meet the owner Mr Fahad who made me feel very welcome. From Kuwait International, the hotel is a 15 minute drive by private car or Careem Taxi. The location itself is around the same distance/time from key attractions including the luxurious Avenues Mall. There is a small convenience store directly behind the hotel but note it is cash only. The Talabat (food delivery app) Driver on two occasions seemed to get the location wrong and ended up at the Swiss Bellin behind the hotel, so please ensure you are clear about your location. The Talabat Drivers do bring the food order direct to your room or leave it at reception for the hotel staff to bring upstairs. The Reception Staff don't seem to have a standard uniform but this does not deflect the great service and a public computer is in the lobby along with printing facilities. Free newspapers, in room tea/coffee/water bottles and a delightful rooftop bar ( non alcoholic in line with Kuwait being alcohol free ) complete the line up of features.

เป็นโรงแรมที่ดีเยี่ยมเมื่อเทียบกับราคา มีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกมากมาย เช่น สระว่ายน้ํา ยิม ร้านทําเล็บสําหรับผู้หญิง แผนกต้อนรับมีสตาร์บัคส์ ข้างๆโรงแรมมีร้านค้ามากมาย ชอบร้านอาหาร ซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ต และตู้เอทีเอ็ม นอกจากนั้นยังมีสวนสาธารณะสําหรับแขกของโรงแรม พนักงานดีมากพวกเขาช่วยเราด้วยกระเป๋าหลังจากช้อปปิ้ง เราได้รับการอัพเกรดห้องที่เราจองห้องซูพีเรียคิงและ ”Redha” ให้จูเนียร์หวานแก่เรา ขอบคุณมากสําหรับประสบการณ์นี้เราจะกลับมาเร็ว ๆ นี้

I must thank you and all the team at Marriott Residence Inn for my comfortable short stay. Returning to Marriott is like returning to a second home for me as I am comfortable with the team and the setup (I really like the room side view of the football pitch on top of the opposite building). I want to provide a special recognition for Mounir (my Morocco friend) who helped me settle into the room by taking the weight off my shoulders on luggage allowing me to be at peace of mind for a relaxed short stay. I also wish to thank the evening shift team in guiding me to where the local convenience shops are (I went for an evening walk) and the morning shift team in booking transportation for me whether this was to Burj Alshaya or the Airport (a very smooth process). I also want to thank the breakfast restaurant team who made me feel like a prince serving my routine likes for breakfast. What a nice feeling that was. Finally I want to thank the Management Team in providing an incentive to register as a Member at Marriott Residence Inn (I did this with the help of Nita on the first evening) and in providing a special birthday cake in advance of my birthday - a very thoughtful and memorable appreciation for an important day given my hectic Business Travel commitments (my only regret was that I could not eat all of it given my tight check out commitment but I did take a photo - compliments to the Chef please!). The above demonstrates the family ethos the Marriott Residence Inn Team have with me and is the reason why I will continue to return as a guest. All the best.

The projector screen and the ambience of ballroom was very good.The food was also top class and the arrangement of tables was very nice with nice table covers .The staff are well trained and were very friendly and took instructions from us easily .

A Good Place with all amenities. Close to supermarkets. Had good time staying. Food was delicious and worth for money. Staff were very polite and supportive. Air port Pick & drop facility provided was on-time.

เยี่ยมชมคูเวตเป็นครั้งที่สองและพักที่ IBIS ในชาร์จาห์ โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใจกลางคูเวต Business Hotel ดีมาก ห้องเหมาะกับพักคนเดียว สะอาด เป็นระเบียบ และฟูกเมืองก็นุ่มไปหน่อยสำหรับฉัน แผนกต้อนรับของโรงแรมมีความกระตือรือร้นและจะริเริ่มจัดหาเครื่องแปลงไฟให้คุณ มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตขนาดเล็กหลายแห่งอยู่รอบโรงแรม มีสถานที่กินมากมาย ง่ายและสะดวกมากในการขึ้นแท็กซี่นอกโรงแรม ครั้งต่อไปที่ฉันไปคูเวต ฉันจะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน

ที่ตั้งของโรงแรมไม่หยาบกระด้างสามารถเดินไปยังห้างสรรพสินค้าสองแห่งได้และยังใกล้กับชายหาดและราคาก็ปานกลางมาก สิ่งเดียวที่ทำให้รู้สึกไม่ดีคือพนักงานโรงแรมหลอกลวงและขอราคาจากโรงแรมไปที่สนามบิน และบอกเป็นพิเศษว่าให้เพิ่มราคาเป็นสองเท่า โชคดีที่ตอนที่ผมช้อปปิ้ง ผมถามคนในห้าง พวกเขาบอกว่าราคาถูกกว่าโรงแรมครึ่งหนึ่งและยืนยันกับลูกค้าว่าพนักงานของห้างบอกราคาด้วย จากโรงแรมไปยังสนามบิน ค่าใช้จ่ายสูงสุดคือ 3.5-5 เหรียญคูเวต พนักงานโรงแรมบอกว่าอยากได้ 10 หยวน ถูกสุดคือ 7 หยวน เป็นการพักที่ดี แต่ถูกทำลายในนาทีสุดท้าย
