The actual hotel was great. We had a mini fridge with a broken leg and the front of the property smelled like animal spray/urine. Overall though our stay was great and comfortable, staff was kind and rooms were clean.

The hotel was nice but the room above me had very loud children til about midnight pounding in the floor
I called the front desk and they said they would address it but the loud noise did not stop
Not fun
Otherwise it was a very clean hotel with nice staff

I reserved a King bed room for my husband and myself. Initially they put us in a 2 queen bed room. When I showed them what the reservation was for, they said they were full for the night and could not move us. About 45 minutes later, they were able to move us to a king bed room. They were very nice about the whole situation but blamed the “third party company” that made the reservation. Other than this situation, the room was great and we had a good stay.
