First time here, hotel is near town center, Friendly receptionist. Car park is next door, not too bad.

Amazing customer service from Christina allowing an early check in. Room clean and tidy and bottles of still/sparkling water in the fridge. Was slightly loud banging doors about 1-3am from late revellers but nothing too bad. Breakfast delicious- fresh homemade waffle and omelettes Drink prices very reasonable priced

Nice as I went to the All England with my friends. It's just 4 minutes walk to the Axiata Arena.

Perfect location for Utilita Birmingham and for lots of amazing restaurants. Hotel staff welcoming and friendly. comfortable and clean, (carpets in room badly stained) Overall very comfortable and high end for price. Restaurant drinks very pricey be warned x

Lovely hotel. Convenient as it’s right in Brindley Place so location is ideal. Room is always clean and I would stay here again.
