Great place to stay over at weekends with family & friends. Enjoyed the atmosphere at the bar.

Excellent hotel everything was amazing can't wait to go back. Great location close to train station, shopping centre and theatre. We went to see Hamilton at the theatre and ate at restaurant nearby - hotel recommended a lovely break and stay.

Location is good. Many restaurants nearby. It is at the heart of city centre.

Perfect location for food and the theatre. The room smelt when we arrived, apart from that the rest of the hotel was wonderful.

Would be better to check in earlier. 15:00 for check in is too late

Very strategic location. Walking distance from Birmingham New Street station. China town is just in front of the hotel. Nearby to few places of interest like Peaky Blinders mural...

Great location. Short walk from New Street station. Room was clean and tidy.

Service was good & quick staff very friendly food good , Breakfast was very good lots to choose from & plenty. Room adequate. The only downside we was right opposite night club music booming out to early hours of the morning. But would stay again but make sure we have other side of hotel.

Excellent location and super efficient check in and out services. Staff very helpful and friendly. But room too small and very noisy throughout the night becasue of pubs and drinking there during the Commonwealth Games

Great service of front desk staff but careless house keeping which broke my laptop when cleaning the room.

A small hotel with a convenient location to live with. The price was suitable and the room was clean. Will recommend it to have a short stay.
