A very nice place to stay that is relaxing and have a lot of amenities to enjoy. They have accommodated all our request perfectly… A lot of complimentary too that makes the space worth it to stay… Will definitely recommend and come back next time…

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The atmosphere was peaceful, and our room was clean and spacious. The service was fantastic, with friendly and attentive staff! The hotel is located about 1 hour and 20 minutes from the Bintan Ferry Terminal, which makes it somewhat remote from more bustling areas. If you prefer a vibrant atmosphere, beach life, and a clean beachfront, this hotel may not be the best fit for you. However, if you are looking for tranquility and a place to relax and catch up with a good friend, this is the perfect spot! One downside we encountered was the presence of flying insects. During meals, especially in the evening, flies and mosquitoes hovered around us. Additionally, there were stray cats nearby, which might be a concern if you are not fond of cats. That being said, we truly enjoyed our stay there!

Service was very good upon arrival, during the stay and upon check-out, staff were nice and friendly. Booked a beachfront pool villa, so i was surprised that there is no beach for us to walk, hence was disappointed considering the price we paid for. My mood turns better with the sunny day and the great wind blowing towards out villa. no bicycles were available during our stay as they were all taken up, hence we didn't walk around the resort as our villa was one of the furthest. will need to request buggy service whenever we wanted to go somewhere. To those who wishes to try their spa, the therapist and the massage room are nice. Please remember to book in advance before you reach, i wanted to massage for 2 days but only managed to get a 2hr slot for 1 of the days even though i book in 2 days advance. Breakfast was okay, but the dinner buffet that day was a Grill buffet at the beach which costs us around SGD100 per pax. The food spread and taste was not worth the price, hence we spend the rest of the meals with the in-villa dining which taste better. There are free traditional dance performance and delicous dessert for us for celebration of Hari Raya, greatly appreciated for the effort.

Excellent service from arrival at the ferry terminal to the end of our stay. Warm and friendly staff. Suggestions: 1) Suggest to lower the holder for toiletries as it is too high to reach when soaking in bathtub. Need to stand up to get shampoo and soap which may be dangerous as the bathtub is slippery. 2) Would be great if management can find some kind of natural deterant to prevent insects getting in when doors are open wide.

Good place but very ulu. Take the buggy everywhere. Earth basket and yoga are good

Nice getaway place from Singapore. Bali like resort with good amenities. Relaxing for a short trip far from everybody. Bring a book and restore your sanity here.

Perfect quiet side of Bintan, luxury and spacious villa room - Upper Garden. Free pickup at ferry terminal. All front desk requests made via WhatsApp or room phone. Super fast response!! Facilities were practical like bicycles per villa, gym, spa, kids playhouse, water sports and 3 dining restaurants for selection. Bed was medium firm, clean bathtub, good water pressure for standing rain shower, attached hairdryer was all great! Buggy service to get around by dialing 0. Custom text bed decor and turn down service available for free. Recommend for couples! Good breakfast with live stations - egg station, waffle pancake station, noodles station, bubur station (congee). Free activities like towel art, Farm animals feeding - rabbit and chicken. Pool was clean, no leaves/sand. Baby wading pool available too. Pool bar menu was good with live band nights. Indonesian cuisine at Rica Rica is highly recommended. Can skip Rimbun Grill, our chicken was overdone. Superb getaway for 2 nights!!! Singaporean approved!

Decided to book the residence bintan last minute for our anniversary celebration and weekend getaway. We booked one bedroom beach front pool villas and it was amazing!!!! WE LOVE IT. They decorated the bed and gave us the cake as a compliment. The hotel also provided the free land transportation from ferry terminals and return. Breakfasts were variety and international. The only thing is hotel location is far from the ferry terminals, it might feel a little tired if you only stay for 1 night. But overall, we would love to go back again. All the staffs were very responsive and very helpful.

Everything is perfect! From the services to the rooms to the food and amenities! However its a long ride from ferry to hotel 😭

Amazing place and hospitality, the place is amazing, food is good, atmosphere is very happening as well. I will be back in the future. Visited this place during deepavali, i realized the hotel workers work very hard and work way overtime from morning till 11pm, eventhough is peak season,the hotel remains professional and organized. Breakfast is amazing with teh tarik! yoga session is good too!

I rated cleanliness as 4/5 as it was almost perfect clean but there was a cockroach in my room. This I might not fully blame the resort as we are in nature. This resort is perfect is you are looking for secluded and quiet spot to getaway for a family or a couple. You won’t need to venture out. But it’s a long drive to the resort to the ferry where you need to factor travelling time in your itinerary. I went with my family and the in-house farm was a blast for my kid feeding bunnies, chickens and fishes. Kiki the person in charge was very friendly and served us well. There is a club for kids activities. Service was perfect. Everyone was friendly and attentive to our needs. I would go back again. Take note that is 21% charges of tax on top of the prices - service charges and Govt tax.

Love the resort and hospitality here. The staffs are friendly and kind to the residence here! Not to forget the facilities and the foods too!! Amazing. Will definitely come back here again for our next holiday! Thank you
