Perfect spot! Across the street from Beau Rivage and the room was fantastic! Very clean and the most comfortable bed!

Our stay was very comfortable. The room was clean and breakfast was good. The only complaint we had was that the wifi in the room was very weak and not usable much of the time.

Great place for a weekend getaway! The convenience of being able to park so close to your room was awesome. In walking distance to great entertainment and food.

They gave us a handicap room without a patio or balcony because we made reservations with an outside source.

Room was comfortable and spacious for 2 adults. Walkable to most attractions. Easy access too beach.
Pool was clean and inviting.
Breakfast was adequate and everyone had something they liked.
The reception area had a strong smell of smoke.
The main entrance is bit tricky to navigate, as you have to go further on Beach Blvd and then do a "U turn" to come back to enter the property.

Our room smellec like urine it was sprayed with air freshener by house keeping that didnt work and dead roaches on floor that had not been vacuumed.After returning from our event I reported the smell to front desk we were moved to another room that room smelled also after it was checked by someone that did his best to accommodate us in the middle of the night. The third room was our final destination. We were not refunded anything because of this.

We checked in Thursday Sept. 21. Next morning( Friday )they serviced our room and left clean towels. Sturday we put our service room card outside our door. They did nothing in our room. Didn't take the trash out and didn't leave clean towels and did not change linens or make up our beds. Sunday same thing happened. "NO SERVICE IN OUR ROOM" Very disappointing.
