Absolutely the best hotel I have ever stayed. You can feel the history all around you. In Europe you would have to be a millionaire to stay in such a beautiful hotel, surrounding grounds. Museum in hotel for history of the place ❤️❤️❤️ Not a bad word to say

Very good service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The rooms are beautiful and also the food. The staff is really profesional and especially Narendra was really kind with us!!! I likes this hotel and I recommend it. Thank you for this experience!!

The bar service from Narendra Singh was very friendly and professional. Best Bloody Mary I’ve ever had. The hotel is a spectacular property that I recommend highly. It is a beautiful heritage hotel. The restaurant food was exceptional. Thank you

The property is interesting, given its historic value, but is not properly set up for western tourists. The rooms do not have wifi (at all) - you are expected to sit in the lobby if you need wifi access. The rooms have cable TV, but only 1-2 stations in English. I would be shocked if the front desk staff have been to hotel ***agement schools or training - they do not know how to properly interact with guests and ***age guest requests. Very basic property, other than its historic value it is not a particularly well run hotel.

Very nice and warm place. This is a heritage hotel hosted by the Royal family. Narendra Singh and Ajay Singh Shekhawat took excellent care and explendid hospitality! This is a must stay hotel at Bikaner! Wish all a very happy new year! Regards Avi

Don't get me wrong... The opulence and ambience of the Palace is great. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, and it's a good mix of royal and quaint. What really disappointed us was the food. We had Chicken Shashlik, Hungarian Goulash, and Spaghetti Bolognaise prepared in the same sauce and taste exactly the same. And the sauce was tarty as #*@√!

The hotel is very beautiful, the decoration and services are very good. The hotel restaurant is excellent, I ate the best mutton in the world ( gosth darbari ) , the waiter at the restaurant Narendra Singh is very professional and friendly which enhances the experience . Mahe

Lovely super clean hotel with very helpful staff. Enjoyed the Rajasthani dance and song recital and drinks in the evening. Dinner was tasty! Thank you to the chef and staff for proving us breakfast at 6am to enable us to proceed early on our long journey the next day. Wifi only in lobby area but we really could do without it for one night!
