I have reported at 1am, the staff was cooperative. Rooms are well maintained but mini bar is not functional and getting heating up. After my complaint immediately switched off. However overall satisfactory.

So it happens to be a business trip and we, my husband and I, decided to stay at Trident,Bhubaneswar. While it continues,I couldn’t stop myself from writing a review on how wonderful the stay is! So many of them to be appreciated however,I would like to recognize some who really make a great difference everyday making our stay a memorable one. Chaitanya, Trainee,Customer Relation.His humility and kind greetings everyday as we pass through the hotel corridor,humbles us. Prabhakar, Housekeeping, leaves the room immaculate.Is very neat himself and really takes care of the hygiene.Besides cleaning, Prabhakar ensures his body language is positive and pleasant all the time. Jakir, Manager-F&B, leads by example.He is a true reflection of a good manager.Not only he insures a smooth operation and great supervision but seamlessly adds to the team and extends his support as and when required. Ankush, F&B, has attention for details.Very proactive and extremely observant of guest’s needs and preference. Biswajit, F&B, one word-Finesse.Smooth service delivery.He has great communication skills too and one could easily imagine working him for the best, world wide. I saved the best for the last. A great team catering to multi-national guest list everyday, making everyone experience a truly comfortable stay with all Safety, Security and Service aspect in check is not possible unless lead by a responsible and detail oriented manager. Right besides the other representatives from Guest relation and Front desk,Rohit closely monitors not only the satisfactory service delivery to the guests but also excellence in all the services delivered. Naturally courteous and humble. If I could round up what’s common among all these individuals working at different departments with a common goal, it would be Uniformity and Consistency. They work hard, everyday and I am certain they always retain quality guests. It’s not the amenities that one will fancy at this hotel but the staff itself making your stay, worth while. I recently stayed at sm hives and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to two significant issues. Firstly, the door lock to my room was not functioning properly. Despite multiple attempts to engage the lock. Secondly, i was surprised and disappointed to find that the hotel does not provide plates or bowls for guests who bring in outside food. Overall, the combination of these issues made my stay less enjoyable than anticipated. I hope the management will address these concerns promptly.

We had a wonderful family stay at this exceptional place! The accommodations were perfect for our needs, providing comfort and convenience for everyone in our group. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, attending to every detail with warmth and professionalism. The highlight of each morning was the delicious and plentiful breakfast, offering a wide variety of fresh and flavorful options to satisfy every palate. We left feeling truly pampered and refreshed, creating lasting memories of a fantastic family vacation. We can't wait to return!

The property is exceptional, easy to navigate. The staff are really polite, possessing commendable civility and humility. They rightly maintain The Taj standards. I would like to specially thank Ms. Sinjini Bhattacharjee for her constant help and support throughout the check-in procedure. God bless her kind soul. Room service was excellent, with ease of contacting and prompt responses from the staff. I had booked a breakfast-inclusive package, and it's commendable how, in a city like Bhubaneswar where I struggled to find good vegetarian food, Vivanta served such delicious, hygienic, and decadent meals! I highly recommend Vivanta for its authentic, hygienic, and excellent food. Notably, the staff at Vivanta is cosmopolitan, making them welcoming to guests from other parts of the country. In contrast, I previously visited another famous hotel with local staff who were extremely imprudent and almost ruined my day during check-in. Thankfully, I decided to switch to Vivanta, which proved to be the best decision of my Orissa trip. I was fortunate to receive a room upgrade, thanks to Ms. Sinjini. Travelling with my family, including a 74-year-old grandmother with slight mobility issues, the property's simple layout greatly eased navigation for her as well. This property is indeed elderly-friendly. Compared to Mayfair, Vivanta's muted colors, perfect lighting and convenient layout better suited my preferences. For non-Odia speakers or those unfamiliar with Orissa, Vivanta offers unparalleled ease and hospitality, owing to it's cosmopolitan staff. Lastly, I appreciate the staff member at the gate who made an extra effort to facilitate my external delivery. Commendable hospitality! I would like to thank Ms. Riyu who helped me at the time of breakfast consistently, giving us full hospitality and attention, which made the dining experience all the more fulfilling. I would also like to thank Mr. Subhojeet who helped me during check out, and was quick at billing, which made the check out very convenient and quick. The in-room dining experience was awesome, but a helpful tip: remember to inform them if you're not comfortable with spicy food. I also ordered a cake, which was delivered promptly and professionally within 2 hours. Would like to extend my thanks to Vivanta Bhubaneswar team for making my stay a wonderful and memorable one!
