แย่มาก. ไม่มีเครื่องปรับอากาศและแผนกต้อนรับหายไปตอนสี่โมง (บนเพจระบุว่าแผนกต้อนรับตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง) นี่เป็นโฆษณาเท็จ... อย่ามา.

โรงแรมนี้ดี ขอบคุณสำหรับบริการที่ยอดเยี่ยมจาก Sherpa เธอออกแบบวิธีต่างๆ เพื่อช่วยให้คุณเช็คอินได้สำเร็จแม้ว่าฉันจะมาถึงช้าประมาณ 19.30 น. ในตอนแรก ฉันกลัวว่าจะเข้าไปในโรงแรมไม่ได้และเช็คอินไม่ได้เพราะพนักงานทุกคนเลิกงานหลังเวลาทำการ เธอตอบสนองทันทีที่ฉันหยิบโทรศัพท์ในล็อบบี้เพื่อโทรไปที่สายด่วนบริการ เธออดทนและฉลาด ฉันโชคดีที่ได้พบกับเธอและแก้ไขปัญหาของฉันได้ทั้งหมด ขอบคุณ

เดินจากสถานีรถไฟ 7 นาที ทำเลดีมาก มีร้านอาหาร สะอาดและสะดวกสบาย อาหารเช้าก็อร่อยด้วย

Schlecht deutsch sprechende Mitarbeiterin, der es kaum möglich war, uns das Öffnen der Eingangstor zu erklären. Weiterhin hat die PIN am Eingang nicht funktioniert. Auch bei einer Gästin, die kurz nach uns kam. Zum Glück konnten wir ihr die Tür öffnen. Hotel nur sehr bedingt für Nichtschweizer zu empfehlen.

The staff was very rude. But the worst—the reception desk has no one manning it after 4 pm until 7 am the next day. ( we did not know this when we booked it). They deactivated our room keys by mistake and it was hellish try to get new keys remotely. No staff on site is disqualifying in our opinion. We’ve never stay anywhere that didn’t have 24 hour staff. Do NOT recommend.

Stayed for 1 night. Nice place to stopover for us. We arrived at 1pm and there was a lady at reception. You can still self check in on the computer provided which was simple. We stayed in the next building behind which was literally down a pathway. When reception isn’t in/later in the day, you let yourself in with your key card on the main entrance and on the building entrance so very secure. A free Bern travel pass is included with the stay. They give you a code and you download the app which gives you information about the city. Room was a nice size and clean. Little kettle with tea and coffee, small tv, built in hair dryer and shampoo/body wash provided. Good location to the bus stop which was across the road and then 5min bus to the main train station. However if you come by train with luggage, take the bus! Maps told me it was less than 10mins away so we thought we would walk. Big mistake. It’s up a hill, quite a steep hill. n Breakfast was nice with a good selection of hot and cold food; cereals, yoghurts, fruit and pastry. Juices, coffee machine, hot chocolate and Ovaltine!

Six of us stayed for one night in three rooms, all three were really warm as there was no air con, just a floor fan. We had a really annoying ceiling light just outside the bathroom which came on every time you moved near it, particularly frustrating when you get up in the night and bathe the room in light. We also had a disturbed night as we were woken up at about 22.30 by someone coming into our room (my husband yelled at them - not sure who was more startled) and our room key didn’t work next day. When we asked reception about it next morning they weren’t particularly apologetic and blamed a sister hotel for allocating our room to someone else. Breakfast wasn’t great (not much choice, dry croissants) but the coffee machine made a good espresso.

This hotel was selected for me by the University of Bern where I taught a summer course. The location is excellent, close to the university in a very nice neighborhood with shops and good restaurants within a short walk. The hotel itself is basic albeit functional. One asset that it has though is a nice small garden in the back. The main drawback was the lack of air conditioning during the hot summer. There was, however, a standing fan that was quite effective in keeping the place cool. The shower space was rather tight for a big guy like me. The reception has limited hours but can be contacted in the evening by a phone.

Abbiamo passato una notte in questo hotel durante il nostro breve tour svizzero. Hotel lontano circa 20 minuti dal centro a piedi, in zona un po isolata. Camere nella media e pulite, personale poco cordiale ma buona colazione abbondante. Non ci ritornerei ma per un weekend breve può andare.

L'Hotel si trova in posizione perfetta per visitare la città, vicino alla stazione e non lontano dal centro storico. Ottimo il biglietto dei mezzi pubblici offerto dalla struttura! Le camere sono comode, silenziose, spaziose e pulite, sono dotate di tutti i servizi; il bagno pulito e la doccia perfetta e funzionale. Il letto alla tedesca avrà per loro dei vantaggi che però personalmente non li vedo; il fatto di non avere un lenzuolo né sopra né sotto ma di dormire su un topper con la sua sacca e la trapunta col suo contenitore non lo rende per niente comodo e per via delle dimensioni 2 persone si coprono a malapena.Troppo calda anche, ma ovviamente non si poteva togliere perché il letto non aveva lenzuola, quindi la soluzione sarebbe stata dormire scoperti...La colazione invece, inclusa nel prezzo, è appena accettabile.Solo 1 delle due persone ha potuto mangiare un croissant e solo una ha potuto prendere il bicchiere per il succo di frutta, servirebbe maggior attenzione da parte del personale. Infine ma non per questo meno importante la pulizia dei tavoli, inesistente, alla zuccheriera vi era attaccato un bel capello lungo, forse dell'ospite precedente! 4 anni di pandemia non hanno lasciato nessun insegnamento!

Chambre parfaite, les transports tous proches, très bon petit déjeuner ! La salle de bain avec tous les produits Rituals, la classe ! La literie confortable et la chambre spacieuse. Environnement calme ! Les transports gratuits pendant 2 jours !
