Great location! Good service during dinner by the French waitress. Make sure to book the renovated rooms

The location is very good in the heart of Kudam ,close to the Zoo train station. The staff is very nice and helpful. The lobby, restaurant,bar ,swimming-pool are very nice and classy .Unfortunately ,the standard rooms are quite outdated ,especially bathroom,. The furniture's are looking really like from 1980 s,with wired mirrors at the entrance . I was feeling like in a changing room. Overall the stay was good in my room. I believe they may have updated rooms too.

Definitely not 5 start! Trip.com writes mistakeably that they have 5*, but actually they don't have any oficcially. Their standard is like 3*.

Отличный отель,с историей,4+,есть разные номера,в этот раз дали после ремонта,отлично,в прошлом году номер был уставший,локация идеальная,бассейн,баня,отличный завтрак,есть большая веранда,рекомендую

總體來説沒什麼大問題，設施服務都有，衞生環境不差但有點老舊，畢竟酒店有些年份了。可能在歐洲已經屬於上乘了吧，這個價格也屬於正常範圍。

房間挺大，裏面的設施很齊全，獨立衞生間和浴室，早餐非常豐富，烤麪包，果醬，三文魚，德國烤腸，各種水果，酸奶值得推薦

歐洲盃期間訂的，地理位置很好，距離地鐵站步行10分鐘。酒店設施不錯，周邊就是商業街，很方便。看到酒店降價後，攜程幫我協調降了房費，非常感謝！

Tolles Hotel in Top Lage am Ku’damm .Leider Heizung und Wasser etwas kalt .Sehr ruhig und Top Italiener gegenüber . Frühstück sehr gut und eine etwas ältere Servierkraft außerordentlich angenehm und Serviceleistungen entkernt . Danke dafür .

Tolles Hotel, wenn auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmerservice war nur gegen Gebühr verfügbar, eine Nachtkarte für Speisen gibt es leider nicht. D.h., wenn man nachts in diesem Hotel anreist, bleibt das Hungergefühl bis zum Frühstück. Personal aber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
