"I love this place. It is simple and clean. Nice they have tables and chairs outside by the pool to chill at night. Location is great! It is near Florida Rd. So this place is surrounded by restaurants. The staff is super friendly. I forgot to take photos of the room. The room is clean and I love the room design. Great value for money too! Will definitely go back."

"This accommodation is basic but neat and comfortable. We arrived late in the evening but there was someone waiting to receive us. The garden rooms are small but we were just looking for a decent shower, toilet and a comfortable place to sleep. There is DSTV. The parking was fine and safe. Some items like furniture may need some repair or replacement. I can overlook the minor repair issues based on the need just to have a clean and neat place to sleep over"

"The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is excellent and the owners are friendly. I had a great stay and would highly recommend to anyone staying for business. The manor has room for multiple guests, but the rooms are private to allow for work or quiet time if needed."

Coastlands Musgrave Hotel and Convention Centre

"The Coastlands Musgrave experience was, at best, mediocre ( and I’m being polite). The check-in experience was weird - it felt like the reception staff were being inconvenienced with my arrival. The manager on duty at the time of my arrival didn’t bother to greet , despite making eye contact. The room is tired - furniture is chipped and in need of maintenance. The TV doesn’t work - could have seriously damaged my eyes with the blurry and scratchy reception. The shower was a decent size and the best part of the room. The curtains are torn, furniture is sticky and very unpleasant. I used the blanket - kicked it off immediately as it had a stale and musty odour. This was terribly unpleasant. The dining experience was dismal - food is below average - quality, presentation, and variety. The vegetarian option seems to be recycled from one dinner to the next days dinner. The salads at dinner and the fruit options for breakfast is not covered and attracts fruit flies/little insects and flies - which don’t seem to bother the staff at all. Cakes and pastries were dry and unappetizing, to say the least. I would rate the food and beverage options a 4/10 - this being very generous. The chef stood around scratching her head - I shudder to think what goes on when she’s out of sight. Most of the restaurant staff stand around chatting amongst themselves in full view of guests. The exception to this is Mbali ( breakfast staff) who was very attentive and pleasant. Would not recommend this establishment ."
