Came for a short trips with friends. Got two rooms with connecting doors. However, one of the air-con room wasn't working. The temperature was warmer than the main lobby outside. Called the service counter to arrange for maintenence. The service was prompt but it didnt solve the problem. There was The temperature only got colder on the second night. The hotel floor was also run down, see picture as reference. Making it unworthy of the rating as mentioned. Could consider an upgrade to improve the living conditions of tourist. Appreciate the prompt service in action which I find is the only saving grace amidst the poor review.

Place is nice its near to batam center. Service is good and the food all nice but facilities like the pool not much okay

The hotel was very clean and the service was very good. In the hotel staff helpful and supportive. with the facilities are good and mainly the breakfast is good.best for family mainly

Its not worth what I paid for. The place is old. The service staff is very The only plus point. I paid for 2 nights stay but I check out after 1 day. Air-conditioning is noisy and bed sheet is old. Seriously, you should not stay here if u are staying with kids.

This hotel need to involve,upgrade the safety system like windows,swimming pool,tiling/timber flooring,aircond to change,..and I believe they will do the best for their hotel..by the way TQ for all..

This hotel is middle of the road of no where. You need to take a taxi to go out of the hotel area even tho is just 10 mins away. Room is old and dirty and I need to request to change all the pillows bcos the pillow itself is super yellow with stains. The only good point is friendly staffs that’s all.

1/ Calm and tranquil hotel location away from most happening spots 2/ bathroom good sized but sink drainage wasn’t proper 3/ bed linen could be cleaner  4/ out of 2 elevators, one wasn’t working more than 12hrs 5/ smoking floor was “too smoky” 6/ bathroom amenities need improvement 7/ for its unique forest location, this could truly be a retreat hotel with semi-luxury feel, and priced accordingly

The room was listed as a double queen bed, but in reality it was more like a super single bed. The building is definitely old, so don’t expect modern facilities. That said, it’s decent enough if you just need a place to sleep for the night. Pak Marsudi was very helpful and went out of his way to share the best spots in town for local eateries and shopping. His recommendations made the stay more enjoyable and gave us a real taste of the area.

One of the worst hotels i have ever stayed in, the place was really run down and the whole environment felt rly dirty. The rooms were in very poor conditions, the pillows and mattress were stained, the room was pretty much covered in dust, the chairs were broken. I will not recommend it to you at all. Staff were super inefficient and wasted a lot of time. The breakfast was bad too, can skip

This hotel looks very old. Everything is also old inside, including the bed sheets and towels and furnitures. It is not worth the price to stay at this hotel. They need to renovate a lot in many areas. But the staffs there are friendly. Management needs to be improved.

worst hotel check-out experience. manager demanded that a soiled hotel towel is to be charged additional for cleaning. the old hotel towels are not brand new. can see that the towels are worn out. caught a glimpse of the photo taken by the room cleaner who sent to the hotel group chat. the only receptionist at the counter had to reply to the duty manager (no where be seen) and me to demand me to pay. the incident happened on the 26 Oct 2025 which ruined my honeymoon with my wife. Nice place, friendly staffs. Only regret I didn't chance upon the duty manager as we got a ferry to catch. If you think I made up this story, go and see for yourself the shabby hotel towels provided. Maybe in future the hotel might upgrade with NEW towels after reading this report. Thanks for reading! Sharing is caring! 😀
