โรงแรมอยู่ห่างจากสนามบินโดยใช้เวลาขับรถไม่ถึง 10 นาที และโรงแรมมีบริการรับ-ส่งสนามบินฟรี โรงแรมครอบคลุมพื้นที่ทั้งหมดกว้างขวาง และพื้นที่ส่วนกลางก็ดูดี แต่สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพักอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ยกเว้นเครื่องนอน แต่อาหารเช้าก็เกินความคาดหวังมาก มีให้เลือกหลากหลายและคุณภาพดี สิ่งที่น่าชื่นชมที่สุดคือการบริการที่อบอุ่นจากใจของพนักงานบริการทุกระดับ ผมว่าสมควรได้อย่างน้อย 6 ดาวครับ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งเมื่อเทียบกับประสบการณ์อันไม่พึงประสงค์มากมายที่ฉันเพิ่งพบเจอที่ Ayana Bali ความแตกต่างนั้นชัดเจนมาก

Nice hotel. Everything is good. The service from staff also excellent. Recommended hotel in Jakarta

Decided to give this hotel a chance despite all of the recent negative reviews, which we should have listened to in the first place. It is recently renovated, but the main facilities are kept the same and still feel old. The number one issue for us that we decided to check out without finishing the night was the exact musty odour that most reviewers are saying. Location is okay if you have a flight in the morning, otherwise, there are better five-star accommodations around the city with no aircraft noises. Overall, service is standard, something that you would expect from a five-star hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Airport Jakarta, and I’d love to share my experience. Special thanks to Mas A Gree from the restaurant team for his extra care and warm hospitality. He is very kind, friendly, and always checked on me and my husband every morning during breakfast—offering new dishes and making sure everything was perfect. The food was amazing too! Also, thank you to Mba Caca, as well as Mas Ryo, Surya, and nindi for their great service. Not to forget the warm and polite shuttle driver, Bapak Priyanto Julian, who was very helpful. And thank you to Mas Vincent/Joshua for taking care of my many pieces of luggage, hehe. Overall, it was such a pleasant and welcoming experience. I will definitely come back to Sheraton Airport Jakarta again!

Aircon was noisy when tune to 26Deg.c . Toilet was infested with dead Cockroaches. Floor trap was open and foul smell emitted. Overall staff service was attentive and excellent, they found my pants left over inside the closet.

The staff and the cleanliness plus all the facilities. Although just a day but it is really outstanding. The only part that can be better is the room sink and bathroom drainage. Other than that it is all good even the breakfast so so so good.Thank you to all the staff at Sheraton Hatta.

overall the facility was great but the service wasn’t that satisfying somehow compared to other five star hotels

Very good hotel when I need to catch the early flight the next day, will stay again next time.
