Flight cancelled, no refund, no rebooking My flight was cancelled by the airline and I was left with nothing — no refund and no alternative date offered. Despite repeated contact, the matter remains unresolved. Er are simply left stranded with no support. Extremely disappointing service and I cannot recommend booking here.

I spent my New Year holidays at this hotel, and the experience was truly excellent. First of all, I want to highlight the outstanding level of service. The staff were consistently professional, warm, and incredibly efficient. From the front desk to the concierge team, everyone was helpful, polite, and quick to assist with any request. It really made the stay feel smooth and stress-free. The rooms deserve special mention as well. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, the bathroom was spacious, and the bathtub was simply luxurious. The overall comfort and quality of the room were top-level. Finally, the spa area was a real highlight. A beautiful and well-designed space with multiple saunas, a great pool, jacuzzi, and a relaxing fitness and wellness atmosphere. It felt like a true retreat after a long day. The food was also excellent, fresh, and very tasty. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed every part of my stay and would be very happy to return. Highly recommended.

Great Hotel

Everything was perfect. Room was very clean. We stayed for 2 nights and didn’t want to leave the hotel. Food was exceptionally good and the prices were lower than I expected. If we were to travel to Belgrade, we would definitely stay at Hyatt. Thank you for everything 🙏

Отель очень старый, ему 35 лет. Неоправданно высокая цена за такой уровень. Завтрак-качесиво продуктов как в санатории 30 лет назад, ужасно. Лифт ощущение сейчас развалится. Окна шумят ночью. Душ течёт.

作為當地老牌五星酒店，常承辦晚宴、明星活動，硬件名頭很響，但整體體驗完全達不到凱悦全球統一服務標準，踩雷感拉滿。 1. 服務分層明顯，存在明顯區別對待 入住當晚酒店正在舉辦大型晚會，門迎、行李員全程看得見我下車，既不開車門、也無上前幫忙搬運行李的動作，全程無視。 唯獨前台接待態度尚可，辦理入住流程順暢。但樓層服務人員態度冰冷生硬，對待白種、黑人遊客熱情周到，面對亞洲客人全程敷衍冷淡，體感強烈的差異化對待，推測是默認亞洲遊客沒有小費習慣，服務態度肉眼可見變差，體驗感很差。 2. 房間空間大，但設施老舊嚴重 客房面積確實寬敞，是唯一亮點；其餘硬件全面老化，電器、衞浴、軟裝都有年代感，翻新不到位，住起來沒有五星酒店的精緻舒適感。 3. 地理位置短板明顯 坐落於新城區商務片區，周邊以寫字樓、會展中心為主，逛街、小吃、特色小店極少，遠不如老城區熱鬧，出行逛市區需要專門打車，休閑出行不方便。 4. 整體總結 空有凱悦和老牌五星的名頭，服務體系完全脱節，對亞裔客人區別對待這點讓人非常不舒服；設施老化、位置偏，酒店似乎也不在意國內遊客評價。同等預算更建議選老城區酒店，不推薦專程入住這家。

這次入住貝爾格萊德凱悦酒店，整體體驗非常穩妥，屬於在當地很讓人安心的選擇。 🍳 餐飲與服務： 酒店的早餐必須好評，不僅選擇豐富，味道也很貼合胃口。客房服務響應非常迅速，有任何需求基本都能在第一時間得到解決，服務態度很專業。 🏋️♂️ 康體設施： 作為一個對康體有要求的人，這裏的 SPA 區域和健身房真的是個加分項。健身器械非常全面，完全能滿足日常的訓練需求，出差或旅行途中也能保持好狀態。 🛏️ 房間與硬件： 客房內部的裝修和設施確實能看出一定的年代感，相對比較陳舊。不過好在日常維護做得不錯，打掃得很乾凈，完全不影響實際入住和使用。 💡 避坑提示： 唯一想吐槽的一點是酒店的洗衣服務價格稍微偏高，如果有較多換洗衣物需求的話，可能需要權衡一下性價比。 總體來説，這家凱悦依然保持了該有的服務水準，
