Fantastic night stay .. family room perfect . Breakfast was amazing location perfect

Decent hotel. Not the most modern rooms, but a good breakfast.

You cannot fault the location, but everything else is rather average, particularly the breakfast. If you can get an inclusive rate below £70, it’s bearable I suppose.

The location is super. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of choices and hot food. Cleanliness needs to be improved as we found an insect (a silverfish) in the bathroom. No toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. (Be prepared!) It was hard to pump the shampoo, shower gel out. Family room is spacious. Can get hot in the summer (bring your own electric fan! No fans or air conditioners in the rooms.)

Our stay was total shambles.. 2 hour wait on our 2 rooms, long ques,  Food in the bar was cold and disgusting costing 100 sterling..  when we finally got our rooms 2 hours after check in they were not made up correctly, again had to go to reception and ask them to make up 2 beds.  Really really bad service and generally bad management.  Won’t be staying again hotel is like faulty towers.

Standards are slipping all the time , can honestly say this will be my last stay here . Very little was left on tap in the bar and for a small bottle of beer 5.25 horrendous price .

Leonardo hotel location is very convenient to sightseeing places. In addition, hop on and hop off bus tour is waiting to tourist at the front of hotel. The hotel facilities are cafe , restaurant serves for breakfast and dinner. I noted the linen bedding surface was not tidy and mugs as grease on the surface. I had stayed the hotel for 5 days and requested the daily cleaning as usual. The third time completed cleaning and request cleaning card dropped on the floor and not hang on the back door of lockset. The fourth day was same as cleaning card on the floor. Refill coffee and tea bags was not convenient to ask receptionist pack up those items. The toilet and bathroom is combined into one which is too small spacious.

The location of hotel is superb, close to train station and the shopping district. Staff is friendly.

Great location, stayed a few times and will definitely stay again . Great price and friendly staff,walking distance to great restaurants bars and shops

Hotel is very conveniently situated in the heart of Belfast. Almost all of the attractions can be accessed by walking. Hotel staff are very friendly and the Room are of decent size. Also, we had an amazing view of the clock tower. We loved our stay overall.

First time visit to Belfast… what a beautiful city. We will definitely return. The Leonardo Hotel was brilliant, the location is absolutely spot on, a short walk from Grand Central station, whilst being central to the city and the sites. The staff were outstanding in the professional and friendly approach, they are to be applauded. The breakfast was lovely with a large selection on offer to all. I will definitely return to the Leonard😄
