Everything is great!!! Happy about everything.

Probably the best thing about the hotel is the location, it’s close to everything you need as a tourist. The WiFi is also very good. However, the facility is average and there a few stuffs worn out in the room. Needs some upgrade.

Great stay only down side was the breakfast, whilst it looked great wasn't the warmest and was not a one off.

Front desk staff was friendly and check-in was a breeze. I booked for a twin room but was given a family room instead which was great. The room was big and suitable for family with small children. The room had no safe box and no fridge. Need to improve on the cleanliness also because the toilet was not so clean.

An amazing place central Belfast and easy to book in and anything needed the staff are happy to help

The hotel will not stand in the customer's point of view to consider the problem, two months in advance of the room want to cancel, the hotel does not agree, will never live in the future. Breakfast is mediocre, little variety and bad. What's more, the housekeeper swiped her card into my room before I checked out. It was terrifying. I'm still in bed!

Just as described, easy to walk to the centre, lots of things to do around.

Trip for so fun overally, accommodation was the best part of it. This jotel is clean, has good location.

Excellent location for exploring the city. Hotel is few mins walk from Europa bus centre where you can get the bus directly to Belfast City Airport and Belfast International Airport.

Excellent family room. The bar service is the let down area and the price is simply too high in there which avoids enjoying more than one drink. Adjust the pricing, friendlier bar staff and it would actually be a busy nice place to go to before/after an evening

We stayed 3 nights there .The hotel location is good to explore the city but the service is not that expected to a 4 star status.

Hotel is in a great location and easy to get to. Friendly staff and room was clean and tidy. Would go back there on next trip.
