Housekeeping staff are horrible. Cleaning service in the room is bad, they dont wash the cups properly… towels were not clean… insects in the room…

It was good overall but I think they didn’t give us the room that we booked instead they gave us a smaller room because they were fully booked

這家酒店性價比非常高，環境乾淨整潔，雖然沒有早餐，但是周邊有很多餐廳，吃飯很方便。而且酒店也不會有長時間的停電，這在黎巴嫩十分難得

離downtown蠻近，前台英文流利 check in很絲滑 check out也是 房間不是很大 但是夠用！蠻好

Recommend for business trips. Good location close to everything . Not good for families with kids. Parking is available which is great in such location .

It was perfect. The room was so clean and gets sunshine well in the morning. The workers there are so polite and they have intention for any kind of problems or suggestions.

All was Well, but the staff was not smiling and i expect when i go to a hotel the moment i enter any client would love to hear the first thing. Welcome or say hi and not me.saying hi. All business are lacking training for their employees

It was a very nice area to start. The hotel was located near shopping malls, parks and other recreational places. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this facility to my friends and family as I was treated as such by everyone I encountered.
