รีวิว National Jade Hotel

I had intended to give this hotel a 5-star rating, until I was disturbed by an amusing incident. After checking out of the hotel and experiencing no issues, the next day I received numerous emails regarding the hotel's complaint that my friend's room had extensive wall drawings causing damage and impacting room sales. They requested that I contact the hotel directly to resolve the matter. Subsequently, a Trip.com customer service representative called me, and it sounded like the hotel was demanding compensation from me?! The issue is that my friend did not draw or do anything to the hotel room. The wall drawings were already there, seemingly made by children, possibly from previous guests, and went unnoticed. Until we stayed and were unfairly blamed! To resolve the matter, my friend had to communicate via WeChat with the hotel and received confirmation that it wasn't our doing. As for me, I called the hotel but couldn't reach the manager, and despite waiting for a callback, no one contacted me. I am very disappointed with the hotel's handling of the situation. Instead of thorough investigation, they blamed us, and I was truly bothered and stressed even after leaving the hotel. As of now, I still haven't received an apology.

I love this hotel! I was here over a year ago and they remembered me! They remembered that I'm a vegetarian and made sure my favorite vegetarian dish was in both restaurants. They have me a room with the exact view I was hoping for. Everything was perfect!

You can see the bird nest from some of the rooms, which are nice. It is very near from the Olympic park. The wifi does not work for foreigners. The service provided some help but it is not very convenient.

Pretty clean and check in process was convenient.

Perfect location if you are attending anything at the Birds Nest, you can walk there in less than 5 minutes from the hotel. Staff very friendly and the room was a good size and clean upon arrival. If i go to another concert at the Birds Nest i will definitely stay here.

地點是非常好，就在鳥巢對面、服務和衞生中規中矩，房間面積也夠，早餐品種少一些，樓下有中餐廳，吃飯很方便，有停車場，設施還是很全面的。離鳥巢水立方步行兩三分鐘，位置絕佳啊。

靠近鳥巢，步行出遊方便。 景觀房看得見鳥巢的一個角，有點雞肋。 房間的設施還是比較新的，門口沒有開關，進門衹有一個小小的衞生間的燈，開全燈要到走到床頭才能開，設計有點不合理。 衞生乾淨，服務員熱情。 停車方便，免費。在餐廳點了幾個蓋飯，味道很一般。

為演唱會而訂的酒店，果然很近，綵排的聲音也能清楚聽見。房間也算大，算舒服的。還好是秋天，否則房間空調是真不夠，只好打開窗戶，也很涼快的，畢竟晚上只有11,12度。有一點奇怪的是，房間內，洗手間內，洗澡房內，沒有一個扶手（把手），沒有一個掛鉤。洗澡時，換洗衣服，沒地方放。洗澡房內防滑墊是指壓板，尖銳的放不下腳。洗手間沒有一個扶手(把手），一個不留神，肯定跌得四腳朝天。前枱服務員沒有表情，沒笑容，也沒黑臉，就這樣。還有奇怪的是，大堂總有一兩個男人徘徊，出入時還會看你幾眼，不知是什麼原因。除了近鳥巢，想不到其他優點。

除了離鳥巢近，真的乏善可陳。這樣的硬件，敢在演唱會日翻倍售賣，地毯臟，目測可見，也未見服務員吸塵，估計多年未徹底清潔。定的商務房（其實和標間面積、設施裝潢基本無異，想不明白為何比標間貴200+）。700多不含早的房價，浴缸扶手是損壞的，長者易跌倒，防滑墊、浴簾、瓷磚、洗手盆可見黑色明顯污漬（陳年黑詬）。房間床頭無插座，練燈的開關都要到門口找，床頭燈勉強拉兩個遠插頭。這是什麼年代的裝潢。

來看鄧紫棋演唱會的，離鳥巢非常近，過個馬路就是，巧的是我的入口就在J，酒店對着的就是J口，所以一共大概就花了10分鐘已經進去找座位了；房間不算大，要求遠離電梯，酒店都安排了，還升級了，窗口就能看到鳥巢，要説不足之處，衞生間略小，洗澡的水略小，從地鐵口出來走非常非常遠，20分鐘以上，總體滿意，下次看演唱會還會選擇入住

設施：很老很老，廁所淋浴是漏水的，馬桶是不好用的，有問題是找人現場修的，這些不應該在沒入住之前都修整好嗎？還要住客反應了來修？ 衞生：很差，床頭桌子上都是灰，自己鋪了床單在床上躺了一會兒渾身癢得很，住不下去凌晨就走了。屋裡很多小飛蟲。燈裏也有。小500塊錢的酒店哪裡都這麼差😢 環境：距離鳥巢和國家體育館近，衹有這一個優點，但是住宿環境太差了，凌晨1點多，燈開始無辜的閃爍伴隨着不知道穿堂風還是什麼門一直響。像鬧了點啥一樣。 服務：約等於沒有吧，前台態度普普通通，反應房子有問題倒是第一時間來解決了，那可不得解決，淋浴一直漏水還關不嚴，有問題不知道在別人入住之前來解決。 住宿體驗真的不好，本來定的很着急，想取消還不能取消，怪不得不讓取消這麼差誰願意來住呢。一有問題就説可以住高樓層的精品房，是新裝修的。。那你這房子也490多了，市中心400多也能住一個設備沒問題，乾淨一點的酒店吧。。陳舊無所謂，乾淨也可以，設備好用也可以，也不乾淨，也不好用。

房間乾淨整潔，佈局合理，雖然臨街，但一點都不吵，離鳥巢很近，過個馬路就到，是看賽事，聽演唱會的時候選！一樓的燕蘭樓餐廳是清真的，地道的蘭州風味，很好吃！
