I had a lovely big room and huge bed , which was comfortable. Large picture windows with view of river & town over the bridge next to the hotel. Room had all the usual amenities- kettle, mugs,, tea, coffee, sugar & milk. Shampoo & bodywash in bathroom, hairdryer. Box of tissues in bathroom. The bathroom has a good size cubicle and good pressure in the shower. I did not use the in house restaurant, so cannot comment. The bar was good and there was a water dispenser on the counter..Great for filling up my water bottle for the day. So lovely to walk out of the hotel and over the bridge to the town, including the excellent museums, or walk along the paths on either side of the river. Only slight downside was the route down the stairs was a bit convoluted, but there were lifts of course.

A comfortable stay, easy check in and check out and friendly staff. Had everything I needed and breakfast was lovely.

Great hotel. Right in the center along the river. Great place. Room was good, lobby was great but the hallways need some remodeling. Overal great stay

Staff were amazing, so helpful, understanding and supportive. Room was nice, lovely view I really the river. Air conditioning unit, was really dusty and I found lumps of dust on the table beneath it which had fallen from it.

Our stay at the Mecure Bedford was lovely.The hotel is well located close to the city centre and a beautiful river with swans. The check in was quick and easy and the lady that checked us in was lovely. The hotel room felt a bit basic with no tooth brushes tea bags or cups in the room or mini fridge in the room. The breakfast was absolutely amazing it made up for any downsides. The selection of food at the breakfast buffet was great.The coffee was top tier as well. Well done! Enjoyed our stay and will return for that breakfast😄😄

Marcure Hotel is a nice place to be, the serenity of the place is awesome. Excellent staff support and breakfast was good. The location is in the centre of Bedford making it a very enjoyable place to be. Though Car Park is paid for, but the experience is worth repeating.

我們大晚上七八點到的酒店，拖着兩個箱子從酒店停車場進入酒店後門。 服務：到了前台沒有人告訴我們需要登記車牌，第二天要離開退房時也沒有員工問我們怎麼來的要怎麼走，再過兩天直接100英鎊的賬單發給租車公司要我繳納罰款，看來ACCOR經營真的不咋地，就指望停車場罰款創收； 設施：房間沒有什麼好説的，不能開窗，衞生間燈光和排風扇集成在一個按鈕裏，開了燈就要忍受排風扇的噪音； 下次我倒想去對面的天鵝酒店住住。
