ผผู้เข้าพักWe booked through trip.com which I found out later was Singapore company cause my 1st charge refused it. They do not update you but we contacted Vacasa and they send us everything we needed to get in room and gate for garage. It is a different company that manages hotel
For our room at least and don’t bother with them they are just rude. The room was very nice and clean. Plenty of space with 3 bedrooms we have stayed in many rooms at the Camelot and this was my favorite. Can’t wait to go back.
ผผู้เข้าพักEverything was pretty good! The beds weren't the most comfortable unfortunately but that's because we prefer firmer mattresses. The only real nitpick was that the coffee maker wasn't clean, some previous guests must have mistakingly poured coffee grounds into the water trough at the top & I couldn't clean it out because the coffee maker was secured to the wall. Otherwise the room was nice, the towels & bathroom were clean, etc.
ผผู้เข้าพักThanks for a great experience, we on the ocean, I know I heard people complain about it being wet in the elevator but they had workers cleaning every sec, and see people with wet feet just dragging it back.. thanks for the great customer service, I’ll book again next year 😎 front desk 😎 security 😎 cleaners 😎 everyone ☺️ thanks yall
