It is close to the airport. That’s the only positive. Old and in need of maintenance. Air conditioning so noisy you have to turn it off to sleep. Evidence of mould in bathroom and bedroom.

Room got bad smell from toilet, have crockroach, many ants in the table, There is no tooth brush/tooth paste, no slippery, shower cap etc as amenities in hotel bed not good need change new bed, Towel not fresh still got bad smell.. bfast too spicy for local food, Hotel price not worth it, old hotel

The room is not so clean. Looks old. However, the customer service is still good, friendly, and helpful. Need to improve the interior design of the room.

Hotels are still under renovation in some places. But the environment is quite inviting and comfortable.

Great location and very centralized , clean room with basic amenities , quiet and near  the airport . Will definetly return to the hotel , thank you trip com . Great for arranging everything . Miss Penang .
