Struttura situata in posizione centrale, sul lungolago, ma al tempo stesso in ambiente riservato.
Servizio inappuntabile, inservienti premurosi e gentili, personale sempre pronto a risolvere eventuali problemi e a garantire un piacevole soggiorno.
Ottima la colazione con ogni prelibatezza in grado di soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza.

Hotel with great location, next to Lake and ferry terminal. During checkin the receptions took IDs and told to come later to get them back which is unacceptable. Also no information on additional access to pool, had to ask myself after finding on the hotel website. Lot of bars and restaurants even in the same building. Tasty breakfasts, the best crossaints I had in Stresa. The downside is also poor maintenance of rooms, slow WiFi, AC control panel was very old and simply AC wasn't working. Bed very soft which is uncomfortable and unhealthy. If the price is attractive I would stay again but the standard is similar to 2 star hotels nearby.

Great location by the lake. Across from ferry, multiple restaurant and bars within metres. Rooms are oldie worldly all functional. Stayed with a group so experienced 4 other rooms. Some bigger than others (triple room massive) Rooms with baths. Very Clean and room service everyday. No water in room or fridge. No kettle. You can get room service. Breakfast warm option eggs and bacon rest usual continental affair. Staff wonderful and attentive. Fantastic view of lake. Bar and restaurant on site. There a mezzanine to just sit and chill if you don’t fancy staying in your room. Free parking about 100 M away. Would stay again.

Wir waren als auswärtige Gäste im Restaurant des Hotels essen und sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Es waren gleich drei Kellner für uns da. Das Essen war sehr lecker und schön angerichtet. Die Kellner waren sehr aufmerksam. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Accueil chaleureux, chambre très bien, déco chic - kitsch à souhait limite rococo ! Petit déjeuner complet (leur oeufs brouillés , un vrai régal !), literie confortable, et salle de bain qui dispose d'un bidet.... so italian !!! Bref que du bon !

Ottimo hotel, proprio sul lungo lago, posizione eccellente in pieno centro con vista panoramica, ottima cucina e colazione , parcheggio incluso coperto , possibilità di usufruire della piscina dell'hotel accanto, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Nous attendons depuis mi octobre une réponse au mail avec les photos et l'état de la chambre. Je n'aime pas les mauvais commentaires mais malheureusement sans réponses . Hôtel à éviter. Déçue pour un 4 étoiles. Le seul point positif est l'emplacement. Je n'en dirai pas plus, il n'y a rien à dire.

The hotel is perfectly located across from the park and ferry stations. There was also a little train car available for a drive around the city. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
