No dia 6/04/23 fiz o checkout no hotel quarto 3003 e tive uma experiência péssima. O segurança do hotel retirou a minha mala do Uber que estava fora do hotel porque não permitem que o mesmo entre no resort Disse que precisava docartão da toalha. A tolha estava dentro do quarto e a pulseira não queriam tirar do meu braço . Foi violento com mais um homem e não deixavam o Uber sair para me levar ao aeroporto. Após muita confusão e agressividade consegui retirar a minha mala para ir ao aeroporto. Tive duas unhas quebradas (fotos anexas) e quase perdi o meu vôo de volta. É lamentável ter que passar por isso, Tive que chamar a polícia. Um absurdo, precisam melhorar muito. Tentei contato com a gerência do hotel, mas sem sucesso.

The resort itself was very nice and clean with beautiful views. Staff is very friendly and housekeeping was great. The only huge downside is that they have an entire army of sales people roaming the resort constantly pestering guests to buy vacation packages and excursions. I mean they are absolutely everywhere. The guys in blue dress pants, peach polo shirts and carrying the mini clipboards are the vacation package sales folks. The white polo shirt people walking around with the color brochures sell the excursions. Between both groups, I counted 9 at the same time at various locations around the pool one afternoon. Each of whom were pestering a different guest. Most will leave you alone if you simply say "No thank you." but be prepared to be approached at least 15-20 times a day by different sales people trying to make small talk so they can lay a sales pitch on you. Many guests were complaining about the same thing. The resort should offer a specific color wristband to indicate they do not want to be approached by their sales folks. This was really the only downside of the otherwise beautiful resort but it was enough to not want to go back.

Great stay! Family room had ample space for our family of 4. Staff were friendly and the pools/beach situation re: proximity and cleanliness was great. Only 4 stars because I think the food situation was a bit tough. For the nicer restaurants, you have to make reservations once on site, and when we got there most were booked up. They also didn’t open until 6pm, which is too late with young kids. The buffet food was OK. But could be better. Everything else from the coffee shop on property to the ice cream to the kids pool was great!

Check-in was extremely slow. Staff friendly and helpful. Food not hot, only lukewarm to cold. Ran out of beach towels. Fun activities at pool.

Friendly staff. The food at the buffets was divine with great selection to all taste buds. The waitresses and bartenders were courteous and professional. The welcome staff specially Melody and Emmanuel were exceptional Will definitely will return there with my family for vacation The beach was beautiful and always found a cozy cabana to lounge

Overall we had a great stay this week! We stayed four nights with a 5 year old and 3 year old. Absolutely loved the rooms with the bunk beds and separate space for the kids. Everything felt very clean and safe all week. Coffee shop was great, beach was clean and well kept, overall a great experience and would go back with young kids. The pools never felt too crowded and the "kids pool" was great, especially having a bar at each one. Bring a stroller, the place is spread out. The downsides: 1. The food - not terrible, just not great. Tao was our favorite meal (sit at the habachi table if you can!), and the lunch near the beach is a nice option with kids, but the buffet food is nothing special. 2. Reservations for restaurants. This was very disappointing. We got in Sunday evening and everything was booked for Sunday and Monday. I can understand being booked for Sunday, but when you're only staying for four nights and can only eat at the non-buffet places half the time it's frustrating. They told us to use the app to book but it never worked - strongly recommend to do it at the front desk immediately when you check in. Just wish this was something we knew up front. 3. A similar problem with beach and pool chairs. On Monday morning we did not realize that everyone gets up at 6:30 am and puts their towels on chairs. We weren't able to get beach chairs until Tuesday. Just would have been nice to know before hand. Overall we would return to this resort, especially with kids!

Overall good property, clean, secure. However, the food Buffett was no good. They serve the same every day. Don’t have soft drinks like fresh juices, no many fruit choices. To get towels for the beach you have to wait at least 30 min since they didn’t have enough towels

Everything was beautiful! The rooms were very nice, the staff wonderful. Would definitely go back and highly recommend it.

It has very beautiful beaches, pleasant and peaceful views. a place to have fun with the family. The meals should be more varied at the buffet, the same every day.

Coffee and ice cream shops were top tier, best latte and Frappuccino I’ve ever had! Beautiful property, although sometimes smelly due to the swamp. However, lots of cool animals (iguanas, turtles, flamingos, swans, peacocks). Was hard to get a seat at the pool/ beach and a few aggressive/ threatening people trying to sell things to you on the beach, security did nothing about it so chose to stay by the pool instead. Food was incredible!

Beautiful white sand beaches. I love the wildlife and live peacock and flamingos on the facility. The decorations and aesthetic were I love the multiple options for places to eat and activities to do.
