ที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมในระยะที่เดินไปได้ พนักงานสุภาพและช่วยเหลือดีและอดทนมาก ทีมงานบริการยอดเยี่ยม โดยเฉพาะที่แผนกต้อนรับและห้องอาหารตอนอาหารเช้า ซึ่งทำงานหนักมากและทำให้ 14 วันที่อยู่ที่นั่นไม่เพียงแต่เป็นประสบการณ์ที่ยอดเยี่ยมเท่านั้น แต่ยังนำเสนอบุฟเฟต์อาหารเช้าที่หรูหราซึ่งไม่มีใครเทียบได้ ตั้งแต่ขนมปังและขนมอบ 20 ชนิดไปจนถึงน้ำผึ้งสดที่ยังคงอยู่ในถาดรังผึ้งซึ่งคุณสามารถแกะเองได้ ฉันประทับใจมาก

This hotel is centrally located, offering cleanliness and a delightful breakfast. A notable feature is the restaurant on the 15th floor, which provides reasonably priced meals. However, the downside is the noise from parties on the 15th floor at night, lasting until 03:00 am, which can be disruptive.

Personel çok yardımcıydı , restoran bölümünde Koray bey çok ilgiliydi ve temizdi, konum olarak çok güzel lokasyonda

酒店設施和預訂頁面相同。海景房正對黑海。辦理入住後有行李員引導進入房間。早餐豐富，spa和健身房服務園很熱情。室內游泳池屬於mini型。衞生間有地暖好評，浴缸下水返臭，差評。

Гостиница находится в старом городе.Расположение отличное!! Номера относительно большие и чистые,завтрак нормальный,но однообразный за 3 дня ничего не менялось да и кофе "капучино" за отдельную плату... СПА и бассейн ужасные(брала гостиницу только из-за СПА)ОЧЕНЬ РАЗОЧАРОВАНА!! Бассейн маленький и вода холодная душно и неприятно!!! Заселились полотенец не было,а когда попросили сказали только через час🤔 Нас было три человека а все приносили на двоих!!!(полотенца,воду,шампунь,тапочки и т.д) Вообщем впечатление осталось не из приятных за такие деньги можно было снять что-то по приличней..не порекомендую своим знакомым никогда!!!

酒店很舊，樓下是**，房間網絡不行，距離海邊很近，步行幾分鐘，位置優越，樓下12點還有賣唱的人在唱歌，影響睡覺。

Todo de excelencia. Gratamente sorprendidos por la amabilidad del personal. Desayuno super completo e inmejorable ubicación. Altamente recomendable

Çok temiz ayrıca manzarası çok güzel bir yer sadece odadayken rahatsız etmeyin yazısını asın yoksa içeri dalarlar 😂

I stayed for 3 nights this week on my first visit to Batumi. On the plus side, the Wyndham has a very central location on Europe Square. Everything in Old Batumi and Batumi Boulevard is within walking distance. On the less positive side, the hotel is pretty poor. Staff at check in were very unfriendly and that set the tone for my stay and all the other staff I encountered- the Georgian hospitality I've grown to love was very much missing here. Even something as simple as asking where I could post a postcard was met with "no I don't know". My 10th floor room had a great view but was very dated and sparsely decorated. The furniture was old and the shower tray wouldn't drain. No cleaning was provided on the first day. Housekeeping did come on the second day but did the absolute minimum. The lobby bar is expensive by local standards and has no draught beer. Service was variable. There are far cheaper hotels in Batumi which provide a better service and I wouldn't stay here again.

All stars down to zero. Because of the rattling air conditioner outside — it’s a nightmare. It rattles non-stop, day and night. This is supposed to be a five-star hotel!!! What’s going on??? It’s impossible to sleep.

Very bad experience we were there 2 nights no AC was working room was suffocating and restaurant staff extremely rude! Never stay there! Holiday mood spoilt. Zero stars. Never stay here it’s the worst place . Staff does not care if u give feedback

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, very nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Location of the hotel is also very good. Nice walk to the beach with markets all around the street. There were not many vegetarian options for breakfast, but the chef specially made some things for us. Nice and warm staff. Highly recommend.
