โรงแรมเรียบง่าย ราคาถูก ไม่ต้องคาดหวังอะไรมาก แค่ดีสำหรับพักค้างคืน ใกล้ย่านเซลายัง ย่านกอมบัก และค่อนข้างใกล้กับเกปง มีร้านอาหารมากมาย มีที่จอดรถมากมาย

We had a horrible experience this is a very disgusting hotel I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and this hotel should be shut down the way they operate it is very nasty when we got in the room it was like blood stains on the sheet we cannot sleep or take a shower because it was that disgusting we had to shower with the toilet spray hose because the actual shower head was so disgusting we cannot take a shower with it it's very hot in that hotel they do not have any proper room service it was totally disgusting do not recommend to anyone if you do it will be a waste of time and money. The mattress sheets had stain in it so we were scared to sleep in it we did not want to get any type of disease or infection for sleeping on their sheets that's a shame we have a five-year-old and it was very hazardous to his health as a little one.

I love to check in here, this is my 3rd time come here and im love it❤️❤️ then easy to park loveit so bad

The hotel does not provide cleanliness, water leak from washing house. Heater was not working. Could improve more for customers ease.

Stayed at Batu Caves Hotel recently and had a generally pleasant experience. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. The aircond fan is broken, the stairs going up the hotel are dirty (cat feces), receptionists.. I've been to many hotels and this is the top 3 from below. Parking is quite complicated because before going out you need to tap the card you used when you passed the gate at the hotel counter card reader, but it only costs RM3 each time going out with a minimum RM10 in your card (tng, debit). Also prepare Rm20 in CASH as deposit, strictly no cashless. However, the room interior is mostly clean and pretty.

worth place to stay, with trip coins i save more for the price. room is nice, worth with the prize got aircond. i recomanded the place bkoz of the comfortable

The room was average , cleanliness was also below average except location everything was below average Very terrible experience ,when at night on the fore ceiling there were rats playing and they made theirs home at fore-ceiling lamp. It disturbed my sleep whole night. Bathroom size was so short to do shower n toilet.
