13/5 เราไปถึงโรงแรมตอนบ่าย 2 โมงและสามารถเช็คอินได้เร็ว โรงแรมได้รับการดูแลเป็นอย่างดีและดูเหมือนว่าจะมีการปรับปรุงภายในบางส่วน และห้องพักก็กว้างขวางมาก และที่น่าแปลกใจคือโรงแรมนี้คุณสามารถเลือกห้องสูบบุหรี่หรือห้องปลอดบุหรี่ได้ระหว่างการเช็คอิน วิวภายนอกโรงแรมแห่งนี้อาจจะไม่ดีเท่ากับโรงแรมใหม่เอี่ยมอื่นๆ ที่มองเห็นวิวทะเลที่สวยงาม เป็นต้น แต่บรรยากาศของโรงแรมแห่งนี้ทำให้ฉันรู้สึกอบอุ่น ปลอดภัย เหมือนอยู่บ้าน มีพนักงานที่ดีตั้งแต่แผนกต้อนรับ เชฟ จนถึงแม่บ้าน ซึ่งสุภาพมาก เราขอห้องสูบบุหรี่ และที่น่าแปลกใจคือห้องสูบบุหรี่ ห้องไม่มีกลิ่นแปลกๆ ฉันรู้เพราะฉันไม่ใช่คนสูบบุหรี่ ดังนั้นฉันจึงแยกแยะได้ 😅 ห้องพักกว้างขวางมากเมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรมแบรนด์ดังอื่นๆ ในบาตัมและบริเวณตัวเมือง ฉันขอพูดได้เลยว่าคุ้มราคา และโรงแรมมีโรงแรมบางแห่ง เช่น ยิม สระว่ายน้ำ สปา และร้านกาแฟ เช่นเดียวกับโรงแรมอื่นๆ ทุกครั้งที่เราเข้าออก ใครก็ตามที่เห็นเราจะทักทายเราอย่างสุภาพไม่ว่าเราจะอยู่ที่ไหน วันรุ่งขึ้นเราไปทานอาหารเช้าที่ชั้น 1 ซึ่งมีคน 3 คนนั่งอยู่ด้านหน้า จากนั้นหนึ่งในนั้นก็พาเราไปที่โต๊ะและอธิบายให้เราฟังว่าอาหารอยู่ตรงไหน ในตอนเช้านั้นร้านอาหารไม่ค่อยมีคนมากนัก ฉันเดาว่าอาจเป็นเพราะเป็นช่วงโลว์ซีซันหรือฤดูใบไม้ร่วงในวันธรรมดา ดังนั้นทุกอย่างจึงราบรื่นและเงียบสงบจนกระทั่งถึงเวลาเช็คเอาต์ และเมื่อใดก็ตามที่ฉันกลับไปที่บาตัมอีกครั้ง ฉันหวังว่าจะได้พักที่เชอราตันซึ่งมีห้องพักแบบอื่นๆ ขอบคุณที่ให้ฉันมาพักในทริปสั้นๆ นี้!

Service from staff was great. Everyone encountered was friendly, responsive and helpful, whether it was room service, housekeeping or in the restaurant downstairs. Room cleanliness could be better. Saw mosquitoes and a lot of ants near where the fridge and kettle/cups are kept. Needed a good wipe with my own wet wipes before ants disappeared. Towels also looked in need of replacement. Light sleepers beware that there is a mosque nearby and room windows are not double-glazed so morning prayers could be heard clearly and woke me up on one morning. Spoke to front desk staff Billy upon checkout and he recommends a room away from both the mosque and a nearby nightclub for a quieter stay. Will take note for any return visit. Location is not too far from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal and nearby malls by car.

It's a mere 10 mins car ride from harbour bay ferry terminal. We booked 2 rooms and requested for connecting room, the beds in twin room were huge cos they combined 2 super single beds. Service was pretty good 8/10 for me, though some junior staff were not so experienced or conversant in english but they tried their best. Told 1 service staff that we were short of 1 set of cutlery, he nodded and went into the kitchen, came out but resumed with his usual duties. I wasnt sure if he understood or he forgot about my request but i approached another staff who quickly attended to our request. We stayed for 2 nights and both breakfast menu were the same. There werent much choice at the breakfast table given it is a 4-star hotel. I stayed during the vesak day long holiday weekend and surprisingly it wasnt as crowded as i expected, in fact tables are readily available when i went at 9.30am. Pool is small and the kids complained of pool residue when they showered. Ordered grab food and they will call to ask if we would prefer self collection or have it delivered to the room. Water pressure was low and i took double the time to shower. If u are not fussy with the water pressure, it's quite a nice place to stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. Aircon was strong. Service was good too. 5 mins drive from harbour bay ferry terminal!

Food was good in terms of breakfast but to take note the towels has blood stains on them. Also the service of the hotel staff was not as good as they checked me in late 30 mins late despite already being there at 3.30pm. The beds are horrible it gave me pain on my neck and back. Also to note the hotel is relatively small and rooms are small. The location is in the middle of some bazaar and loads of bars cafes and traffic which will be grinded with noise from singers to beeping of horns. My bets are to avoid entirely staying here altogether.

Shower was really bad pressure? Came twice to fix up . In the end after hours . Have to change Room . Very inconvenient.

The room is huge and clean. The staff very friendly and polite and will come back again

About the bedding: The pillow on the bed had an unpleasant smell, like scalp or body odor left from previous guests. Even though I put my own towel over the pillow, the smell was still noticeable. The sheets were clean, so I think the odor came from the pillow itself. About soundproofing: I could hear the TV and voices from the neighboring room when I was trying to sleep, so the walls seem quite thin. About the bathroom: Since there’s no partition in the shower area, water splashed all over the floor. Unless I placed the bath mat quite far away, it got soaked.

Location was not near to the famous spot like Grand Batam Mall, need to call Grab to go everyway. Hotel staffs was super polite and friendly.

Perhaps management may like to look into replacing the towels that have turned grey. There is a night market opposite the hotel. When we walked out of the hotel to the night market, we felt uncomfortable to see so many pairs of eyes staring at us. These people are just seated on the ground outside the hotel. We also hear noisy bikes in the middle of the night. Everything else about the hotel is satisfactory.

Thank you Stefani/Stephanie from FO team for the communications. Great hotel but location is so-so but easy to get a grab. Not very quiet, but 3M foam ear plugs are provided.

All nice except that they don't have bidet in the toilet but over all very okay, clean and accomodating
