We stayed as a family of 3 for 2 nights. The room was clean and neat. Check in was fast and hassle free. The staff were helpful and friendly. Location of the villa is good, walking distance to nearby seafood restaurant. Distance to shopping malls is not too far too as you can easily get a Gojek there. It is around 6km to BCS mall and A2 food court. One down side I feel was the lack of variety for the breakfast, it would be good if there is buffet spread. The music from the neighbouring cafe/pub was pretty loud till which could disturb guests who may be there to chill n relax. It didn't bother me very much probably I was tired out so slept pretty well. Overall a pleasant experience staying in this resort. Highly recommended for couples who wish to have a romantic getaway.

I and my wife finally booked and had a chance to stay in Harmoni One Hotel. It was a crowded and busy place before covid-19 outbreak. Proud to see how this hotel still struggle to survive, but also sad at the same time witnessing how empty and quite this place now. Harmoni One still operates hotel room for guesses at 2nd floor. We heard and saw 1-2 other guess at our floor. We stayed in Room 210, deluxed room including breakfast. with wide glass window facing to under construction of Batam One Mall and bushes of surrounding old area. Checked in 5/May/2021 for a nght stay. Thank you to Ms. Rita, he front desk staff who was kindl assited us during check in and make sure our needs in the room is fulfilled. Hotel building looks luxury, located close to Lottemart and Sundanese Warung. Room was spacious, with king size bed, sofa bed ,furniture, mini bar, complimentary coffee/tea and water kettle. Surprising to have a bathtub...so the toilet itself has almost half of bed room's size. However, we understood this hotel is not new, so old carpet smell is unavoided. Internet was good and strong. Room has tv cable with 40 local and foreign channels. They served the breakfast by ala carte menu for main course and fruits, and let bread/toast, juices, coffee/tea stall open for self service. Nasi goreng was good and tasty. The staffs on duty and 1 high shool trainee available on-spot to help. Swimming pool and fitness center at 6th floor are open 9AM-6PM, but we did not try it because this place seems not attended by any staff. We can sleep well in the room. Thank you for the staying experience in this hotel, and wish all the best for the management and staffs to keep their spirit high in serving during this trying condition. Very close to Batam centre Ferry terminal and walking distance to mall but at night be careful of big holes in the pavement whilst walking. Outlook of hotel looks new and clean. But inside hotel smells like toilet air freshener. Inside room smoke smell. Tried calling front desk to request if have non smoking room but no one pick up call so I just left it since only 2 nights. But didn’t enjoy going back to sleep…. Luckily I brought essential oil so I tried wiping down the floor and cleaning the room to freshen up… tried opening the window to air the room but sewage smell is strong outside….
Went to breakfast at 9am and food very empty… selection a lot but not refilled. Made do with it and just ate some rice and meat..
The price is really cheap so cannot expect too much I guess. Would not return definitely.
Grab taxi is cheap there and we enjoyed the laid back club and cafe hopping for the 2 days we are there.

AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

ผผู้เข้าพักGood business hotel laying in the heart of Batam Centre. Room is clean and the closets smell like new. Toilet have integrated bidet and is, as well as the shower, well maintained. Breakfast is nice with a various choice of local and western meals. Served by motivated personell who will help you when you need them. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I feel that the price / quality is not really correct. In my opinion the price is too high especially when you have to pay extra for breakfast. If you're a businessman this will be the perfect hotel to stay for you. For leisure it's also a good hotel, but there are other hotels over there who will offer you enough for 50% of the price I paid for this hotel.

JJayTee23ารที่มีประสิทธิภาพมาก Check-in และ Check-out เนื่องจากของภายในตู้เย็นมีให้ฟรี พนักงานที่ Oriental reserba สําหรับ b'fast และ x'mas dinner ค่อนข้างเอาใจใส่และเราก็ได้ประสบการณ์ที่ถูกใจกับ security และ hk พนักงาน Grab ไปส่งที่ lobby ได้ แต่ต้อง'หยิบ'อันนึงจากด้านนอกถนนใหญ่ที่จุดออกของรถทางออกของโรงแรม ของ B'fast แม้จะหลากหลายไม่ได้มาตรฐานคุณภาพเมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรมในไทย, ซึ่งรวมอยู่ในราคาห้องพัก เหมือนกันสําหรับมื้อค่ํา X'mas ของพวกเขา! ทําเลดี และไปห้าง Grand Batam ก็แค่ประมาณ S$1 โดยสามารถข้ามถนนไป Foodcourt และห้าง BCS ได้ 2 แห่ง การเดินทางก็สะดวก แท็กซี่จาก Batam Center มายังโรงแรมได้มาตรฐาน 3 IDR ถ้าคุณไม่อยาก ลกกระเป๋าไปวนรอบนอกซึ่งระยะทางไกล โดยรวมน่าพัก!

Mmariaa AngelicaHere are my reviews for turi beach resort, as my first time solo travellers. The locals are nice, the location is good too. With welcome drinks once you check in the hotel( which i did not drink as i was busy checking in but looks delicious 🤤). It was good to unwind, to relax your mental health. The staff gave me a nice room which made me more appreciated. The only thing I'm not okay with is there is no lotion in the room which makes me a little bit sad as i expected to have one. But the overall experience is good. I love the place and the staff are friendliness. I also love the sunset and sunrise . Especially at the island bar restaurant.I will definitely come back there

Yeah that is not a big issue since we have a big bathtub inside the room. Overall my kids were happy and we hoped the pool would finish when we came back.

ผผู้เข้าพักAP Premier is one of the oldest hotel in Batam Indonesia and was known as Novotel in the past. The hotel was one of the top grade hotels in Batam when I stayed there 20+ years ago (yr 2001). Although there are many hotel options now days in batam but AP Premier is still my favorite place to stay when visiting batam for business trip recently. The hotel location is good to me. It is very near to ferry terminal, Habourbay (in fact within walking distance) and Nagoya, the old town center where most of the tourists from Singapore would like to visit. The hotel public area is quite spacious. The breakfast selection was great. Room is clean and comfortable to stay. Hotel service is awesome especially the front desk team like Miss Wani and Mr Dona are exceptionally helpful.

MMummy SAThe room is convenient for us, girls of 4. Our two rooms is good and we got a chance to swimminh in the pool. Easy access as it is located next to the food market in Nagoya. We order massage in room at midnight and it is superb.

ผผู้เข้าพักจองห้องเอ็กเซ็กคูทีฟมาถึงก่อนเวลาประมาณ 9-10am แต่ได้รับห้องเดียวสําหรับกระเป๋าเดินทางของเราและบอกเราว่าสามารถเช็คอินได้เวลา 14.00 น. ดังนั้นเราจึงไปซื้อของและกลับมาเวลา 19.00 น. เพื่อเช็คอิน 2 ห้องที่เหลือและพบว่าตอนแรก ห้องมุมที่ให้มาก่อนหน้านี้มีความรู้สึกน่ากลัว ดังนั้นเราจึงไปเปลี่ยนห้อง แต่ได้รับแจ้งว่าห้องถูกจองเต็มบนชั้นเดียวกัน แต่หลังจากได้ยินการสนทนาจากแขกโรงแรมอื่นที่มาเช็คอินพบว่ามี 2 ห้องที่เหลือเหลืออยู่ เราเลยถามพนักงานต้อนรับอีกครั้งและเปลี่ยนห้องเดิมของเรา แต่เราพบปัญหาอื่นในขณะที่ประเภทห้องที่ให้หลังจากเปลี่ยนและก่อนเปลี่ยนก็เป็นห้องดีลักซ์ประเภทห้องผิดแทนห้องเอ็กเซ็กคูทีฟเพราะ ห้องพักมีขนาดแตกต่างกันอย่างมากเมื่อเทียบกับอีก 2 ห้อง

Ddensir77ได้มีโอกาสไปพักผ่อนอย่างรวดเร็วที่เมือง Batam เมืองเล็กๆ ที่คึกคัก จองและพักที่ budget hotel แห่งนี้ เราไม่ได้คาดหวังอะไรมากอย่างที่รู้ Budget hotel มาพร้อมมาตรฐานในทุกๆ อย่างที่ได้รับจาก budget hotel สถานที่ตั้งอยู่ในเชิงกลยุทธ์ใจกลางเมืองซึ่งอยู่กลางแหล่งท่องเที่ยว สิ่งที่คุณได้รับคือสิ่งที่คุณจ่ายไป สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกและสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกพื้นฐานภายในโรงแรม แต่สิ่งที่โดดเด่นคือพนักงานและการบริการของ เค้าดูแลเราและแนะนําสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว เป็นการเข้าพักสั้นๆ แต่น่าจดจํา สถานที่กินรอบโรงแรมเยอะ ศูนย์อาหารข้างโรงแรมก็ให้ตายเถอะ น่าอยู่จริงๆ ค่ะ เราแนะนําโรงแรมนี้สําหรับการพักสั้นๆ รวดเร็ว ไม่มีอะไรที่หรูหราแต่คุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่ายไปจริงๆ
