Room is moisture & smelly, floor wet and sticky cause by aircon. Ventilation is not good at all. Cleanliness bad also, have dirt stain at the bed sheet, service crew said not enough time to wash.

The room i booked is a junior suite for a 3d2n. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and 1 living room. The main bathroom had jacuzzi in it. Had included 2 day breakfast. All was nice until first breakfast was out of food by 8 plus am. Since there is a foodcourt opposite, we went to the foodcourr. Large variety of food sold there. Another encounter was that since the water pressure was not strong, we use the jacuzzi for shower and brown water came out of the shower head when we test the water before showering.. I did not make any complain as that is the last night.

The hotel is opposite a bustling food and drink haunt called “Nagoya FoodCourt”. It offers a variety of local fares. The place comes alive in the evening.
The hotel is also within a few minute of Grab ride to the Grand Mall and some other top 10 malls in Batam.
Good value for money.
