Room smell very strong smoking.. room also dirty the window .. this is first time and last time i go never repeat again the hotel..

hotel good, cheap and got breakfast too, the room size big, the toilet size small

Did not return deposit of Rupiah 100000. Also paid for 2 days but stayed only 1 day. Will not go back again as it's far from everything. Very bad customer service. Wasted trip and money.

So great and so near to Terminal. A lot of food near by and so convenient.

This hotel is near from Batam centre international port,near from batam centre mall.

Ada ruang utk improve..still good for family stay

Convenient and near my customer place, price reasonable. Opposite many convenience eating places

Good hotel staff service and good location with eateries nearby.
