"I want to share my experience at the legendary Montreal institution Restaurant Bonaparte, which was recommended on social media. We were delighted to discover this beautiful establishment. The atmosphere was elegant, with lovely décor. We received a very warm and pleasant welcome from the maître d’hôtel, Fredéric who was attentive. We opted for the Menu degustation and enjoyed wine pairings with each dish. The baluchon de lapin was incredibly flavorful and well-balanced. The Carre d’ageau roti, jus de Porto was an authentic dish that I highly recommend. The filet mignon de bœuf aux cinq poivres et cognac was also outstanding. Our server, Simon, provided impeccable and extremely attentive service. It was truly an unforgettable culinary experience. Jerome"

"When my colleague was visiting without booking one afternoon, she had the opportunity to explore two beautiful suites, as well as the restaurant, bar and the terrace. This hotel has a great future and promises to experience success in the coming years, being a very discreet luxury hotel, located somewhere near the city centre of Bastia and near the port. This is a true place of peace, tranquility and relaxation. For a first opening, it is an incontestable success, although there are still aspects to improve. However, I trust the staff as a whole to progress. The hotel's owner, though simple and discrete, is very little talking and seems a little hesitant when I asked him technical questions about the menu and the dishes. I'm probably planning to return with the rest of the team and the management."
