Binnen kurzer Zeit bereits zum zweiten Mal im ”Fuchsbachtal” und alles andere als zufrieden: Über das an beiden Terminen kalt gewordene Rührei zum Frühstück (offenbar hat man die Heizung der Wärmeplatte eingespart) ließe sich ggfs. noch mit Großzügigkeit hinwegsehen. Zum Thema Corona ist festzustellen, dass zwar Maskenpflicht plakatiert wird, mir jedoch in den öffentlichen Bereichen MitarbeiterInnen ohne Maske begegnet sind - m.E. indiskutabel. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers jedoch (tote Insekten festklebend am Boden im Bad, undefinierbare Haare überall) und die zum Teil arg ramponierten Duschabtrennungen bzw. -wannen sind die vier Sterne definitiv nicht wert. Hinzu kommt ein entweder wenig bis gar nicht qualifiziertes oder schlicht überfordertes Personal an der Rezeption: Gebucht hatte ich beide Male ein Doppelzimmer mit DOPPELBETT - vorgefunden habe ich beim zweiten Termin zwei Einzelbetten. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption gab die Mitarbeiterin die Antwort, die Betten seien mittels einer Verhakung miteinander verbunden - waren sie nicht. So mussten wir diese Verbindung auf den Knien rutschend selbst herstellen. Hier erwarte ich, dass das Hauspersonal diese Verhakung prüft und ggfs. dann herstellt. Auf die Frage, ob man das Problem der zwei Matratzen und der ”Besucherritze” lösen könne, fragte die Dame zurück, wie das denn gehen solle. Gegenfrage: Mit einer Matratzenbrücke?! Nein, sowas gäbe es nicht. Ende des Gespräches. Kein Versuch, eine Lösung (z.B. mit einem Zimmertausch o. ä.) zu finden. - Beim Auschecken gab ich auf die Frage nach einem angenehmen Aufenthalt eine ehrliche Antwort zum Thema Bett - woraufhin die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption sagte, es gäbe im ganzen Haus kein einziges echtes Doppelbett. Bei meinem ersten Aufenthalt hatte ich mit meiner Begleiterin jedoch in einem Doppelbett geschlafen - zwar mit zwei Matratzen, allerdings mit einem Rahmen drumherum, sodass die Betten/Matratzen nicht auseinander driften konnten... Für die anspruchsvollen Zimmerpreise erwarte ich einen entsprechenden Service, der hier definitiv nicht gegeben ist.
