"The hotel is clean and looks recently renovated. The location is perfect, with a supermarket and a mall right next door. While the breakfast was good, I was disappointed there was no sausage, only bacon. There were a few minor issues: the shower water could have been hotter, and the HVAC blew cold air for a while before heating up. Also, the pillows were a bit too thick and had a strong chemical smell. The front desk service is a little slow but very courteous. Overall, it's a solid stay—I’d give it a B+."

"Rooms are nice, water park is good, arcade was fun. Restaurant was horrible. Very under staffed, waited for 20 mins for our drinks, which was water with lemon and then another 40 mins for our food which came out cold. And loud, it's so loud. We have an autistic son and we asked several hotel workers for help. Can we sit away from the live music...no. Instead they seated us directly in the middle of the whole restaurant. They could've had more activities for families since it's the winter. We tried it and it's not our cup of tea."

"วันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์ qet ออกไป 3 วัน กับสามี เราแค่อยากพักผ่อนและสนุกกับอ่างน้ําร้อนและสระว่ายน้ําและมีเวลาเงียบๆ บ้าง ข้อติอย่างเดียวที่ฉันมีคือ เด็กคู่รักวิ่งไปมาส่งเสียงดังบ้างไม่รู้ว่าผู้ใหญ่คอยดูแลตรงนั้นอยู่ที่ไหน เด็ก. ก็เสียงดัง@ 1 เช้า จนตี 2 นอนไม่หลับ. ช่างน่านับถือมาก & de เคารพ อีกคนที่มาพักที่นี่ที่โรงแรม. ไม่ได้โทรหาผู้บริหาร ว่าควร แต่ก็ไม่. หรือและเด็กทําเรื่องเลอะเทอะมากในถังขยะทางเดิน ไม่น่าเชื่อ."

"We have been staying at the comfort inn for years and always enjoy our stay. The only disappointment is with the TV. We were hoping to watch the Boston Red Sox s game and it wasn't available and the selection of other things to watch was limited."

Beautiful home with New England charm. This home is waterfront on beautiful Lake Waquaquet. The home sits at the end of a private portion of the lake. Have a drink on the oversized front deck, relax on the private beach right in front of the house or fish off the dock. This home is only one of a handful with a private dock and beach! The house sits on Lake Waquaquet with absolutely stunning views. Relax inside with plenty of seating or sit outside on the 30-foot deck perched above our private sandy beach that is just feet from the lake. With 4 bedrooms and two baths the home can comfortably fit medium to large size groups. The house is ideally situated 10 minutes from Hyannis and just minutes to Craigville beach. The main floor of the home is open concept and has an updated kitchen, dining table and living area that overlook the lake. Hardwood floors through out the downstairs. All 4 bedrooms are on the second floor. The upstairs has new wall to wall carpet through out. Three kayaks, a paddle board, a lily pad and a canoe are provided. We ask guests to bring their own sheets or you can rent them for a fee (professionally cleaned). Wifi and basic cable included. Flat screen TV on the main floor, outdoor propane grill (renters are responsible to fill their own tank) Frequently asked questions! Welcome to Cranberry Hollow Cottage, A three bedroom, two bath cottage on an acre of land just steps from our private neighborhood beach on the east-side of Wequaquet Lake cove that gives you sun all day and photo-worthy, spectacular sunsets.
This property is family owned, not corporate owned.
This recently updated 1100 sq ft family cottage in Centerville, MA gives you a taste of everything that we love about Cape Cod. It was originally built in the 1940s and has a newly renovated kitchen, bathrooms, mudroom, updated bedrooms and living areas and a large Weber gas grill and outdoor dining area.
We recently fenced in the back yard with wire fencing and two cedar wood two-door swinging gates.
The house is in a neighborhood known for walkers, friendly faces walking dogs, pushing baby carriages or simply exercising in the fresh air.
In addition to a deeded rights to a neighborhood private beach, a unique feature we offer with this house is access to a walking trail around cranberry bogs. Follow the short woodland trail out the back of the property to a cranberry bog with a dirt road that takes you around two functional bogs full of growing cranberries.
Then grab your beach towels and walk down the street for a quick dip in a lake or spend the day on the beaches along a pretty little cove via our deeded lakeside beach rights. No need to pack a car, just a short walk from the front door. (We love to spend mornings at the ocean and finish the day on the lake, the best of both worlds are nearby!)
Have a boat on a trailer? Cranberry Hollow is less than a mile from the public boat landing on Wequaquet Lake. Wequaquet is known for almost year-round bass fishing, and in the warm weather, sailboats and power boats share the lake. Jet skis are not permitted to be launched from the public landing unless they are kept by lakefront owners.
This property is located halfway between North Side and South Side Cape Cod public ocean beaches. The famous "Southside" beach on Nantucket Sound, Craigville Beach, is 10 minutes away and the beautiful "Northside" Sandy Neck beach on Sandy Neck Conservation area is 15 minutes away. Hop on the Mid-Cape Highway and you are one hour from the stunning beaches at the Cape Cod National Seashore.
There are movie theaters and mini-golf and ice creams shops and harbor tours and whale watches all within driving distance. We are on the "Mid-Cape" right in the MIDDLE of Cape Cod and ready to host your best vacation, ever!
Its just two miles to major grocery stores, and another mile to the Cape Cod Mall, Target etc. We are 10 minutes from bars and restaurants of Main Street, Hyannis and the commercial fishing and ferry docks in Hyannis.
We take bookings year-round. Consider the fall when our whole area fills with colors, cranberries are harvested in mid to late October and as we approach fall the bog begins to display the colors of the red berries. In the spring, walking trails, beaches and marshes are prime for bird watching, while ocean fishing is active as the ocean currents transition. Or experience a true New England winter as the holidays twinkle and bundle up and see the beauty of Cape Cod without all the crowds.

In addition to our two bathrooms with showers, we have an outdoor shower with hot and cold water from spring through late fall.
We have one bedroom with a king size bed, one with a queen size bed, and one with two twins, one twin is XL.
We believe in extra pillows! Each room has plenty of extra pillows.
Each bedroom has an multiple sets extra linens.
We provide a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, brand new stove with oven that has convection and air fryer options. We provide paper, plastic and Fiestaware dinnerware.
We provide pots and pans and baking pans and sheets.
There is a full washer and dryer with a folding station and laundry baskets for each room.
We have air conditioners in each bedroom and larger capacity in the kitchen dining area, and the living room for warm weather, or simply open the windows and let the breezes in.
We have a powerful wi-fi modem -up to1000 Mbps to stream whatever devices you bring.
The living room includes a 60 inch TV with Xumo Xfinity streaming box to stream via your favorite apps. We do not use cable as cable services here have been problematic, but you can use your own cable streaming app via the Xumo box. You can even use your own Roku stick.
For excellent outdoor cooking and dining, we provide a provide a grill and outdoor table and chairs.
And we will also provide beach towels and beach chairs to use at the beaches.
Be sure to have your Merlin app ready to identify the many varieties of birds that come to the feeder, and live in the woods in back and the swamp across the street. Listen in the evening and into the night to the low baritone of the bullfrogs in the marsh across the street and the occasional hoot of an owl in the trees. Hear screeches and watch osprey over lake, hawks over the bogs and new: there are eagles living on the other side of the lake who occasionally visit our cove to fish. There is always a resident blue heron in the cove. If you are lucky, you will see the shy muskrat fishing for muscles. All types of turtles hang out in the cove and you can play the game, "is that a leaf or stick, or a turtle popping it's head above the water?"

Beautiful cottage is ideally located in Harbor Village on the Hyannis Port border. Sleeps 4. New Cedar Shingle Siding. Master bedroom with queen bed. Second bedroom with twin beds. full bathroom with tub and shower. Dishwasher, washer-dryer, central AC, heat, TV, Wifi, outdoor shower, deck, Weber gas grill. Parking for 2 cars. The comfortable living room offers ocean views thru sliders to the deck. Beautiful ocean breeze and views of Nantucket Sound. From your deck you can watch ferries travel back and forth between the islands and Hyannis Harbor. SORRY NO PETS.
This cottage is steps away from Harbor Village's sandy private footpath along a tidal estuary to Ocean Avenue Beach and Keyes Beach on Nantucket Sound. A 3-minute stroll on the footpath. A third beach, Hyannis Port Beach, is 200 yards from the entrance to Harbor Village. Set up your own beachhead to sun, picnic or watch the sailors on Nantucket Sound. The summer water temperature on the Sound averages 70 degrees.
Cottage also overlooks a tidal basin with a variety of birds: Seabirds, gulls, plovers, swans, ducks, eagles, hawks, falcons and many others.
This is a privately owned cottage in Harbor Village, which has onsite management and free linen service. All linens are provided, including sheets, blankets, pillows and pillowcases. The bathroom is stocked with bath towels and washcloths, bar soap, TP and a hair dryer. Extra towels and washcloths are available free at the cottage supply shed next to the office. You will need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. There is an iron and ironing board. In the kitchen, the cottage has paper towels, a bottle of dish soap, a dish towel, dishwasher tablets, and a pot scrubber. Laundry detergent for the washer. Dishes, utensils, pots and pans, glasses, wine glasses, lobster pot. The coffee maker is a drip coffee maker and we provide the filters but not the coffee. Please bring a bag of your favorite ground coffee. Free daily trash pick-up from outside your front door each morning.
Cottage rents Saturday to Saturday during the peak season, June 20 to September 5. Two-night minimum stay between May 1 and June 20 (includes Memorial Day weekend), and between September 5 and October 31 (Includes Labor Day weekend and Columbus Day weekend).
Harbor Village is truly a unique one-of-a kind jewel on Cape Cod. It is a quiet, secluded compound of 21 Cape style cottages on a 17-acre private parcel studded with pine trees, and a private sandy path leading to two ocean beaches. We are located on the south shore of Cape Cod at the edge of Hyannis Port, within walking distance of the Kennedy compound. If you follow of our footpath to the beach, there are also sidewalks on Ocean Ave and Sea Street that go all the way to historic Main Street in Hyannis.
Harbor Village is the perfect location for your Cape Cod vacation. There is no other place on the Cape that has the quiet solitude of Harbor Village, while also providing the excitement of all of Cape Cod’s attractions nearby. The Cape Cod Melody Tent, and Historic Main Street in downtown Hyannis with shops, restaurants and pubs, are less than a mile away. Take the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard from Hyannis Harbor, one mile from our Harbor Village entrance.
Hyannis is considered to be "The Capital" of Cape Cod. If you stay for a week in any other town on the Cape, you will find yourself driving in Cape traffic to Hyannis nearly every day of your vacation, because Hyannis is where all of the action is, and it has some of the best beaches in Massachusetts.

The pool is regularly maintained and cleaned. Outside shower by the pool added in 2025.
The property has lawned gardens to the front and rear which are of the highest quality and mowed weekly. The rear garden is fully enclosed for total privacy while sunbathing and swimming and the deck has a new patio set with parasol. The gardens are also fitted with an irrigation system. There is plenty of parking for guests who wish to bring their boat as our house is situated on a corner site at the end of a small private street. The garbage is collected weekly.
It is truly one of the best located homes on the cape island within walking distance to all the attractions that the cape has to offer. We recently installed a 32 x 32 full size basketball court and a large play ground for your family to enjoy. All furniture, fixtures and fittings are of the highest standards!!
