Unbelievable how bad this hotel has gone down hill. We are from the area and have been coming for years. Always had fantastic staff and service with everything spotless clean.How things have changed! Went in for a drink and dinner today no bar staff as 2 had called in sick and the girl trying her best to do the bar that she had absolutely no clue about with no help. Disabled toilet filthy. Didn’t even stay for the dinner it was such a shambles. Noticed things had changed in the previous 4 visits we had but today was a joke and prices are gone ridiculous for the service you get. Sad as this was probably one of the best hotels in Ireland a few years ago.
