"First of all, the design of this hotel is absolutely good and can be said to be first-class. The visuals, materials and details are all very good. I give a thumbs up to the designer of this hotel. The hotel environment is impeccable, it is surrounded by mountains and water, you can see the mountains when you open the window, and you can even hear the faint sound of flowing water. But the whole stay experience can really be described as extremely bad: 1. When I just arrived at the hotel, Ctrip showed that the room type was upgraded for free. I asked about it specifically and was told that it had been upgraded. But it turned out that it was not upgraded at all! 2. I called the front desk to ask for the wireless password, but the phone in the room was broken and the front desk said they couldn't hear me. 3. The wireless network in the room cannot connect to the Internet. It shows that it is connected but cannot provide Internet services. 4. The air conditioner in the room makes strange noises, such as rattling. And the sound insulation is very poor (first time), you can hear the footsteps of people walking upstairs... 5. I went downstairs and asked the front desk to change rooms. During the process, a girl in yellow clothes (probably the supervisor) made me wait for a long time and her attitude was extremely bad! This time we moved to an upgraded room. I asked for two room cards. I went out for dinner at night, and when I came back, I couldn't open the door, so I went downstairs to swipe the room card again... 6. I tolerated all these problems, but the most intolerable thing was that the soundproofing in this hotel room was so bad that it made me question my life. Starting at around seven in the morning, I was woken up by noises from all directions, including the rooms on my left and right, upstairs, and in the corridor. It felt like I was sleeping in a public area. I could hear people walking and putting things away in other rooms, and even if something fell on the floor, I could hear it clearly. Moreover, my trip was about to end, and the weather was bad today, so I wanted to take a rest in the hotel, but it turned out to be a nightmare. The noise continued until 12 noon, and I recorded a lot of noise videos! You can only upload a 15-second video in the review. If Ctrip customer service or the owner of this hotel wants to hear it, I can package it and send it to you! As a permanent platinum member of Huazhu and a diamond card member of Ctrip, I have never written such a long review, and it was a bad review. I sincerely suggest that this merchant upgrade and solve the sound insulation problem, otherwise there will definitely be customer complaints about such problems in the future.
