Beds were comfortable,room was warm. But the location is far from Eiffel tower. But it is close to metro so i think it is not a problem. Overall i like it. Thank you.

The place is clean but not organized. The men's bathrooms are on the lower floor and are not very clean. How do I get up from sleep? I go down one floor to relieve myself and the lower bed is very low for the head so you cannot sit on it and there is no chair to sit on. Please read my evaluation and correct the problems. Other than that, the place is good.

A few days before check-in, I received a notification about a cancellation that I had not made. When I informed them that I hadn’t canceled, their response was very rude, without any apology—just a casual “it was a mistake.” I found this extremely disrespectful. The hotel staff were also unfriendly, and to make matters worse, a mop used for cleaning the toilets was left out, and the smell filled the room. It was so bad that I couldn't sleep without wearing a mask. Given the price, it’s fine if you’re just looking for a place to sleep and nothing more. However, I wouldn’t recommend going with high expectations.

my first negative review ever. the staff was so unmotivated and willing to help exept the morning one by Checking out . came with bike and they refuse to let me keep it in Hause, even so in basement was enough space. neither They tried to help finding a solution.

I can’t say I enjoyed staying at this hostel. They have similar prices than other much nicer hostels and yet the amnesties are bad. For 24hours NO toilet paper in any of the toilets, showers are disgusting and don’t have shower heads. Staff was ok.

旅行ではなく、家賃が高いから長期宿泊をしているような方が多くいました。ベッド同士かとても近いのでイビキの音がしょうがなくよく聞こえます。しかし、毎日綺麗に清掃をしているのでs良い印象を受けました。しかしホステル全体的に掃除用のchemicalの匂いが充満していて、あまり良い匂いではないです。個人的には少し苦手な匂いでした。しかし1000円ほどのホステルなので十分我慢できます。またリセプションの方もとても親切でした。12時ぐらいに到着しましたが、早めにチェックインもしてくれました。二段ベッドが上の人が少しでも動けばうるさくギシギシと音がしますが、安いので我慢できると思います。観光地、海全て30分以内でとても近いので便利です！

ホテルのスタッフの方がとても親切でした。 早くついてしまったのですが、荷物を預かってくださり心置きなく観光を楽しむことができました！

Общие зоны не оч комфортные и в подвале, там душновато и сыровато. На кухне, в принципе всё есть, но не очень хочется там находиться. Персонал дружелюбный. Полотенца и замки за доп.плату

房間衞生特別差，前台服務人員態度也很差，剛入住的時候，找不到房間燈的開關，喊前台幫忙開燈，陰陽怪氣的説難道你們中國都沒有燈的開關， 下午三點在一樓廚房煮了點蘑菇排骨，然後他又説什麼東西好難聞啊 這輩子都不會再入住了

位置不太好找，但是畢竟很便宜，前台有問必答，很熱情，浴室是公共的，但是比較乾淨，室友也很安靜，總體體驗非常不錯，超愛巴塞隆拿！

Me gustó el lugar, la habitación que me correspondió era limpia y las camas cómodas, me sentí segura en la habitación solo mujeres. También me admire que una mujer dejó olvidado su bolso en el baño y a pesar que entramos muchas mujeres no se le perdió y fue llevado a oficina Es un lugar recomendable además cerca a todo 5.....

À fuire, bruyant, mauvaise réception, ce couple vivent sur place qui n'a pas hésité à ennuyer les voyageurs à minuit en arrivant suite à leur problème de réservation. Attention! Bien vérifier votre mail de réservation car j'ai réservé une chambre pour deux avec deux lits simples avec le prix pour deux personnes, une fois payé c'est marqué pour une personne!!! À l'enregistrement on nous a demandé des paiements supplémentaires à 60€ pour 4 nuits. Après mes explications, j'ai dû payer quand même 50€ sans aucune excuse ?! Du jamais vu!!! Propreté: 2 ème et 3 ème nuits, salle de bain non nettoyée , l'eau de douche par terre sans tapis de bain, j'ai dû utiliser ma serviette de bain! Terrasse n'est pas vraiment propre... Couverts en plastique! L'arrêt de bus et à côté, mais pour rejoindre le centre de Milan, il faut compter à peu près 1h en bus et métro.
