This was my very first time planning a solo trip abroad, and I was admittedly quite anxious after paying the full price and then reading some mixed reviews. Since the policy didn’t allow cancellations, I checked in with a bit of worry—but I’m really glad I did. The room turned out to be pleasantly clean and well-organized. I particularly liked the layout: there are two doors between the bedroom and the bathroom, which gave me a strong sense of privacy and security while resting. Another highlight was the lovely scent in the room—it instantly made me feel at ease and almost like being at home. (If possible, I’d love to ask what kind of aroma sachet or air freshener is used—I’d like to buy the same one!) During mid-November, the evenings in Barcelona were slightly chilly, but the heating/air-conditioning unit in the room worked well and kept things comfortable. That said, when the unit is turned on, there’s a noticeable mechanical noise—it’s not too loud and didn’t disturb my rest, but worth mentioning. I also appreciated how responsive the staff were. On my first night, I thought the external shutter in the room was broken. I reported it to the front desk, and the manager quickly sent someone to assist. It turned out the shutter was manually operated by a cord hidden behind the inner curtain on the far right—easy to miss at first glance. Although the hotel isn’t in the city center, transportation was convenient—there’s a nearby bus stop within walking distance, with easy access to both the metro and Sants train station. A nice bonus: just a 3-minute walk away is a bakery called Joncake & Wine, a branch of the famous Joncake. Their Basque cheesecake is incredible, and being a branch, it’s much less crowded than the main store. There’s also a small convenience store right downstairs—great for picking up water or other essentials. One downside would be the soundproofing. The walls and floors seem quite thin, so I could hear voices and footsteps from the neighboring room. It wasn’t too disruptive for me, but worth noting. Originally, I only planned to stay three nights, but I ended up liking it enough to extend for another three. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations and became a memorable part of my solo trip to Spain.

very far actually, good but old, don't expect a new hotel it's a 4 star but old

I stayed here for three nights and was quite disappointed with the experience. First of all, there was no kettle and no complimentary drinking water provided. The water bottles inside the fridge looked like they were free, but it turned out they were charged separately—something we only discovered at checkout, which felt very misleading. On the second day, the sink became clogged, and later that evening we even had electrical issues in the room. And also no fresh towels were provided through this day. Even the cheap instant coffee from the in-room coffee machine wasn’t complimentary—you have to pay extra for that too. Finally, be aware that the sauna is not located inside the hotel itself. You actually need to cross the street to access it, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, the facilities and service didn’t meet expectations, especially for the price. I would not recommend this hotel unless they improve transparency and basic guest comfort.

we had booked for 3 persone but the room prepared only for 3 ... They immediately solved it, but slippers and more remained for 2 . Room too noisy near the stairs you could even hear footsteps and all the others... The staff were kind and very helpful.

Location is okay :)quiet neighborhood with a shopping street close. Staff is super friendly. But the rooms are definitely not a 4 stars. The rooms smelled musty. It definitely needs renovation. Unfortunately I would not come again. Price was good
