ห้องพักสะอาดมากและทำเลดีมากสะดวกในการเดินทางไปทุกที่ นอกจากนี้ผู้คนที่แผนกต้อนรับก็ใจดีมากและทำให้เป็นทริปที่ยอดเยี่ยม ฉันขอเซอร์ไพรส์ให้ภรรยา และพวกเขาก็เตรียมเซอร์ไพรส์ที่ยอดเยี่ยมให้ฉันด้วย ขอบคุณมาก.

เคยรีวิวแล้ว อ่านรีวิวอื่นแล้ว เบื้องต้นตอบคือบริการไม่ค่อยดี พักที่นี่ 2 คืน สระว่ายน้ำเล็กๆ ชั้นบนเล็กมาก . .

การบริการเอาใจใส่และเอาใจใส่ ห้องพักสะอาด เป็นระเบียบ มีร้านอาหารอร่อยชั้นล่างและแหล่งช้อปปิ้งสะดวกมาก!

ตั้งอยู่ในระยะที่สามารถเดินได้จากตัวเมืองบาร์เซโลนาจึงง่ายต่อการเข้าถึงสถานที่ร้อน ๆ ใกล้ ๆ ฉันพอใจกับทั้งเครื่องนอนและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ภายในล็อบบี้ก็สวยและน่าประทับใจมากเช่นกัน

แผนกต้อนรับบริการธรรมดามาก และไม่ค่อยเป็นมิตร ฉันจองโรงแรมนี้เพราะเป็นผู้มีชื่อเสียงทางอินเทอร์เน็ตและฉันจะไม่กลับมาอีกในครั้งหน้า ห้องพักโดยรวมโอเค และไม่มีวิวด้านนอก

Hotel location is really good, walk within 10 minutes to Casa Mila and Casa Batlló. Hotel decoration is so nice and unique. The food in the restaurant also very good. Room is clean and spacious. I like everything. I would come again next time.

This hotel has modern-style interior design, comfortable bed, nice gym room & jacuzzi. You can get nice tapas, sandwich just opposite the hotel. And there is a 24 hours Churro shop just directly opposite the hotel.

the location is very good， and this hotel design is quite classic and modern. I love it！They even offer paste and tooth brush and slippers in the room which is out of expection！ Besides the devices，what I appreciated more is their service. The man （sorry that I don't know his name，who with Asian face） in front desk is really amazing！ We left our luggage for 2days since we needed to move to other city. They kept it well and when we went back to fetch， the guy lead us to a separate room for us to have privacy to sort out our stuffs in luggage before flight. That is really so much considerable！

very nice location and service

Hotel is in great location, next to Main Street. Staff is friendly and efficient. Room very comfortable and in full working order . Bath was quite dangerous as you need to climb up. Spoke to front desk and they supplied a disposable bath mat. Much appreciated . Great breakfast, limited variety but fantastic quality Negative: for several days, I was saving coins to use at the automatic laundry nearby. On the second day, we left about 12 Euro in various coins on the desk. In the evening upon our return the money had disappeared. We spoke to reception and they told us they had to speak to a manager, however in the meantime we should search our room . The next morning , we were leaving , we emptied the room and found nothing . Nobody from the hotel got back to us. I blame myself for no locking the coins, but thought this is a 5 star so should be safe . This is the reason service got a low score.

The hotel is very fancy, it is a bit pricy but definitely worth it. The one thing I have to complain is that their bath tub, I tried to use the bath tub but the hot water is very slow, and it took long time to reach my ankle, which is not enough to take a bath. I took a shower instead after wait an hour. Also the stopper for the bath tub is broken. The lobby is nice and you will receive 30 minutes of free spa and gym, but you have to make reservation with reception. The employees are very nice and friendly to assist you without your asking.

The hotel is so beautiful and it is very easy to get around. Staff are super nice. They serve champagne and lemon water every afternoon to make you refreshed after full day of activities.
