ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนนจาก Casa Batlló ประมาณ 2-3 ถนนจาก La Pedrera และสามารถเดินไปยัง La Sagrada Familia และ Plaza Catalunya ได้ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพักอยู่ในระดับปานกลางและห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นเล็กน้อย แต่สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครันทั้งตู้เย็น เครื่องซักผ้า และเตาอบไอน้ำ ไม่มีอาหารเช้าในอพาร์ทเมนท์ แต่มีร้านอาหารเช้าอยู่เรื่อยๆ บนถนน คุณสามารถซื้อไปอุ่นเองได้ซึ่งสะดวกกว่า

อพาร์ทเมนท์ที่ยอดเยี่ยม แต่! คุณต้องเช็คอินที่ห่างจากสถานที่ 3 กม.! ฉันถูกกล่าวถึงในความคิดเห็นเท่านั้นหรือรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมเล็กน้อยจริงๆ ฉันไม่ค่อยได้อ่านความคิดเห็น ... เมื่อฉันพบ ฉันพยายามยกเลิก แต่พวกเขาก็ไม่ให้ฉันล่วงหน้าหนึ่งสัปดาห์ .. บริการแย่ . ง่ายมากที่จะนั่งแท็กซี่ 2 ชั่วโมงและ 30 ยูโรเพื่อเช็คอิน พวกเขายังขอให้คุณเก็บขยะด้วยตัวเองเมื่อคุณออกเดินทาง และอย่าทิ้งยาสีฟันหรือสิ่งจำเป็นอื่นๆ ..

i don't recommend at all, very unprofessional employees, the check in you have to go to another location "15min in the car" !!!! they charge me 200€ for deposit! never had such a thing not even in 5 star hotels! this is my 19th days now and i still didn't get my deposit! not worth it at all

The information about desposit refund is not really convincing. No proof to show it is refunded already since it does not reflect in my bank account yet. The house is big my children loves the yard. The place is ok since near to supermarket n sagrada familia (20 mins walk) i think the host can at least allows us to store luggages in the apartment. It costs us additional 50 euros just to extend till 2pm because no place to store luggages. And yes the keys is located far away from the apartment so from the airport i need to pay aaditional 15 euros just to add stop .. too many additional and hidden costs in the end

Great location, amenities and size of the place. Main problem was checking in. There was no communication about keys being in another part of the city while booking or thereafter. Reception said we should have know about it but there was nothing written anywhere. I booked it as it said 24hr reception and we were arriving late. We ended up taking a taxi to another location to collect keycards. Trip.com should also be held responsible for not mentioning this anywhere. I would’ve booked elsewhere if I was made aware so I am not happy with this booking.

已經發郵件給他們舉報了 懶得翻譯直接機翻中文：在巴塞隆拿的 Cosmo Apartment 住宿體驗非常糟糕。吹風機是英式插頭，莫名其妙，沒有轉換插頭無法使用。晚上十點洗完頭才發現用不了，也沒人能幫忙。沒有 24 小時服務，前台還要開車二十分鐘。WhatsApp 上的 Bryan 態度很差，完全沒幫上忙，也沒一句道歉。房間非常臟，床被罩上全是污漬，浴室門壞了每次洗澡都被水淹，排水口還有一堆頭髮，太噁心了。爸爸在梳化床下撿手機時還弄傷了手。沒有清潔、沒有服務、沒有安全感，完全不值這個價錢。

Необходимо ехать в центральный офис по другому адресу чтобы пройти регистрацию и получить ключи. Место прожига в полу в холле и занавеска в дырах, но все чисто. Все остальное ок! Прямо у входа классное кафе для завтрака.
