Please rest assured this was not mold. Guest health and safety are of the utmost importance to us, and we would never offer a room that is unsafe or unsanitary. Because daily cleaning was declined, amenities such as bottled water and coffee are refilled upon request. We are sorry if this was not clearly communicated and caused frustration.We are grateful for your feedback, and we are genuinely sorry your stay did not reflect the high standards we aim to provide.
