สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกก็ค่อนข้างเก่า ฉันจองห้องพักชั้นหนึ่งไว้ 2 ห้อง เมื่อฉันออกจากห้องตอนกลางคืน ฉันได้กลิ่นเปรี้ยวแปลกๆ จองไว้ 2 คืน แต่รูมเซอร์วิสไม่เปลี่ยนเครื่องใช้ในห้องน้ำให้ในวันที่ทำความสะอาดอีก และยังไม่มีน้ำแร่ให้ด้วยซ้ำ หลังจากสอบถามที่แผนกต้อนรับ ฉันได้ทราบว่าจะมีน้ำให้เฉพาะวันแรกเท่านั้น 😡😡 ในห้องน้ำไม่มีห้องอาบน้ำแยกกัน คุณสามารถยืนอาบน้ำในอ่างอาบน้ำได้เท่านั้น และไม่มีน้ำอุ่นระหว่างอาบน้ำเป็นเวลา 2 คืนติดต่อกัน 😡 เรื่องนี้เกิดขึ้นในทั้งสองห้อง

Staying at Barcelona Hotel Colonial is one of the best decisions we have made during our trip to Barcelona. We received an excellent service from the front desk during check-in and check-out processes, attending to our questions and requests promptly. The hotel is very clean, from the lobby, to hallways, and most especially the rooms we stayed at. The buffer breakfast is also excellent.

Breakfast : simple line but delicious and more than enough. Location : easy traveling to El Born, Gothic Quarter, and to Santa Maria Mercado. Metro and bus station just nearby Amenities: toiletries and bottle water only provided on first day of check in.

This is a great hotel in a great location… Not the biggest room, but they make up for with a very courteous and helpful staff… I will surely stay there again

Great hotel with great location and everything was very walkable. Hotel has no gym which was huge deal for me because I am athlete, however, I walked a lot around city which made up for it. Hotel staff is wonderful. From the front desk to the cleaning lady everyone went above and beyond. Would stay here again.

酒店位置很好，去主要景點可以走着，打車價格也可以接受，服務也很好，但是入住體驗並不好，要不是因為服務好真的是想投訴。 首先我在攜程訂房現實週六沒房但是booking上有房，所以導致我週五週六是分兩個訂單訂的房間。其次我第一晚的房間在一樓電梯間角落、門口是電梯和整晚在工作的自動販賣機，窗外是一個人垃圾井，完全沒有任何風景，我聯繫前台被告知沒有任何多餘房間第二天為我換房。第二天換的房依然是在電梯邊上，沒有任何窗外景。 優點是酒店有一次性洗漱用品、礦泉水和燒水壺，歐洲不是所有酒店都提供，服務很好早餐也不錯。如果不是因為服務好和自己帶孩子我真的想和他們投宿我的房間。我不知道是不是針對中國人，但整體是非常不快樂的體驗，希望大家訂房間的時候備註遠離電梯或者必須有街景，要不然真的太糟糕了。
