We booked this hotel for our honeymoon, but when we returned after going out, the room key card we had left behind was missing, and the safe was showing an error. When we reported this to the reception staff, they dismissed it as if it wasn’t a big deal, saying that since nothing was stolen and the key card had been replaced, there was no problem. They didn’t even offer a single word of apology. This left us with the worst memory of our honeymoon.

Great location. House keeping is excellent and go beyond, we were on level 6 and the cleaner was excellent with any extra requirements. Found front desk staff very corporate, business like and a little dismissive, they need to relax a little more and be more attentive to the guest they are serving.

位置：離大教堂很近，步行可到主要景點 房間：比較大，有窗，整潔 服務：尚台熱情，態度好 出行：方便，離地鐵站5分鐘步行路程 餐飲：周邊超市、餐廳多

非常好的酒店，窗外便可看到大教堂，逛出去非常方便。除了房間略小一點，其他都很好。緊鄰的餐廳很美味，物價也很平，算加分項。所以雖然設施並沒有很完美，也給個五星啦

非常滿意的酒店。位置絕佳，如果腳力尚可，基本無需交通工具就可以citywalk巴塞。房間雖然不大但風格宜人，傢俱、洗浴設施雖然簡單但不失設計感。強烈推薦！

房間很好，床很大！工作人員也很熱情！在酒店外面剛下出租車就有工作人員來幫着拿箱子！早餐也很豐盛，有很多的選擇！

轉換插座忘了，我們check out 後在大堂等了兩個小時，也沒提醒

酒店的地段真的不錯，去哪都很方便，直接步行即可。還有免費的香檳可以隨便喝，就是浴室有點漏水，周邊美食很多

前台特別好，早上六點多到的，沒想到有房間，就安排了，特別貼心， 房間裏物品很全，包括咖啡機（膠囊） 窗外風景很好 位置離大教堂幾百米 總之，旅遊來住，絕佳的選擇
