We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. it's located very close to transportation with access to all the places a tourist needs to go.
The reception are very friendly and helpful.
There are only a few negative points in our room was no windows to open or a ventilation, and there was no cold water on the faucet. We told reception about hot water, and they sent someone but they couldn't fix it.

The room was very clean, with disposable slippers, and someone came to clean it every day. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and recommended suitable attractions and restaurants to us. The most surprising thing was that you could play music in the room, so you could listen to music while taking a shower.

They should up their housekeeping services, initially placed in a room with very stinky fridge and moved to what seemed at first better but the sink and shower were moldy. The room we were transferred to was also noisy from the sound of the streets. The staff were nice and helpful nonetheless.

Located near Casa Batllo and Casa Mila. A lot of restaurants nearby the hotel and the zone is quite safe. However, the hardware of the hotel still needs improvement.

Everything is good, especially the speakers in the room. I very like the concept of music showering. The location also is good, close to the Gràcia Avenue which easy to shopping. I hope in the official website can provide the email address of hotel, but I was very lucky to keep the card holder to get the contact to hotel to keep my leave CD. I will choose next time

There was no hot water at night during the stay. The problem was not resolved until check-out, staff had no alternative and did not consider it the hotel's responsibility. Emailed complaint to hotel director, surprisingly no feedback. The staff gave a 10% discount towards the next stay. That's interesting, who would want to stay there again?
