Hotel novo, muito limpo, fiquei admirado por ter só 2 *. Atendimento excelente. Pequeno almoço muito bom. Excelente localização , entre Lisboa e Cascais. Quarto excelente com boas áreas é um excelente chuveiro coisa que eu aprecio. Ideal para passagem em negócios, uma ou duas noites.

ENG: Summary: Somehow, *********** permits this barely-2-stars hotel to be verified with 4. The only thing good here are the surprisingly large rooms and the swimming pool. Possible one the most peculiar hotel I have been to in my life. Firstly, it is almost impossible to get there with a GPS. The only sign is a tiny one saying ”Local Hotel” in the front door. Secondly, the hotel is somehow 4 stars, when in reality it doesn't go over 2 stars. Some examples of this: horribly low maintenance the walls haven't been cleaned probably since it was constructed. Moreover, there is humidity problems in the hotel. The breakfast, is terribly bad. Resembling the breakfast of a backpacking hostel. Moreover, the ”room service” is basically non-existent, in which they give you ”clean” towels (not enough for everyone, we were 4, they gave us 2.) The only good thing I can think about in this hotel is probably the surprisingly large rooms and the swimming pool. Lovely and close to the airport, a late check-in, staff were delightful, she even came to my room to help me with the wndow, the handle was broken so it would not close properly. Toilet, seat was loose... Nice room, but a bit of road noise with open window. Breakfast was great and at €9.50 very reasonable, good selection and even a fresh orange squeezing machine. If you have an early morning flight, seriously consider this place. No stress about 10am checkout 👍

Wouldn’t stay there again. Booked a stay for 4 days on my birthday week. I have been in Ibis Hotels in Lisbon before, but not in Alfragide. To my disappointment, beds were so small you had to be careful not to fall at night, bathroom seems to be made of plastic and last but not least, there was a hotel refurbishment in process, which means loads of noise early morning, dust, strong smells aaaand our window view close by a white paper. When I address this last one to the reception I was told that it was “to our privacy”. One of the days I tried to open the window to have fresh air, due the strong smell inside the room, and there was no ventilation as there was a paper closing our whole window. Oh and not to mention that cleaning staff touches guests stuff inside the room, so be careful. Luckly our lugagge with valuables was locked. I really don’t mind sharing my candies with anyone, but I feel a bit of attitude to find a box of chocolate half open, and then only the paper of candies on top of the dusty table. If you take, not a problem at all, but at least take the paper with you. Breakfast was good at least. So, in my opinion, not the best place to spend your birthday week and not the best place to stay at all. Will def choose another hotel next time.

My partner and I spent two nights here after a city hotel, for some relaxation. We considered the price reasonable (~100 Euros per night). The pool and restaurant area are just what we needed. The pool is right above the highway but most of the time you wouldn't notice. The view of the Tagus meeting the Atlantic is beautiful any time of day. The food in the restaurant was good, we particularly enjoyed breakfast. The hotel partners with a local masseuse, Nikita, who did a fantastic job on my over-worked legs. Two days prior, we had hiked at Sintra and Cabo da Roca lighthouse, down to Praia da Aroeira, which left me incredible sore, still (also definitely worth it and highly recommended). I walked out feeling more relaxed and in less pain. If you stay at this hotel, the massage is not to be missed, for only 40 Euros (plus tip, because c'mon, we're all good people here). The room was comfortable, although we had a small aircon issue where the air would not get cold enough for my hot-natured partner. With the windows open and the breeze, I was comfortable. The bed was sufficient for a good night's sleep, though more pillows would have been appreciated.
