All except the internet; the internet basically went down during my entire week-long stay, and the hotel did nothing about it: no fixes, no compensation, not even an announcement. The front desk just told me to connect to Wi-Fi, which never works in the first place. In the first few days, I even thought it was my fault. Can't believe that in the 2025 bay area the hotel can't even provide internet access.
ผผู้เข้าพักWe checked in around mid night due to flight delayed from Boston to SFO. The front desk waited and processed our check in shifty.
There is no in room amenity which makes late checkin very inconvenient.
The front desk did not informed us about daily USD25+tax destination charges. We wasted this daily spend in our stay😨
JJayshi1211I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Fremont, and overall, it was a comfortable experience. The room was clean and modern, with a cozy bed—perfect after a long day in Silicon Valley. The free parking was a huge plus, and having a Starbucks right in the lobby made mornings easy.
The only downside was road construction nearby, which made some noise during the day. But if you’re out exploring most of the time, it’s not a big issue. For a business trip or short stay, this hotel is a solid choice—great comfort and convenience at a reasonable price.
ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel itself was fine. But I was very disappointed to learn that parking at the hotel was an additional $50/night. Also - when checking in they charge you a mandatory $27 'convenience fee'. This entitles you to a $7 credit at the snack bar - where a bag of M&Ms cost $6. And this is just a regular size bag, not shareable, and a $10 credit at the restaurant if you spend $30. I will not go back because it really felt like I was being nicked and dimed.
